Ep #129 - David Shay is not only one of my best friends and my climbing partner, but he's also a very successful entrepreneur in his own right. David runs a lucrative and growing IT and Cyber Security company and has many high profile clients under contract. He is also the lead guitarist in a country band out of Southern California as well as an incredible husband to his wife, Ruby, and an amazing father to his son, Caleb.
In today's interview, we go into an extended conversation where we share climbing stories, teach a bit about mountaineering, and even provide life lessons we learned from our trips. David will share the story of how I thought I was going to die coming down from one of our mountain trips, plus we will talk about our next project: Going from the lowest point in the US to the highest point by way of a tri-sport adventure (biking/hiking/climbing).
