In this week's episode of The garage you will meet our design manager Thomas Ingenlath. Thomas has been our design director in four years and he has over these years together with his design team managed to create a unique design language for our new SPA-cars that are highly appreciated and proved to be a tremendous success! I ask him if he already has peaked his performance but he replies that he has very much left before he feel satisfied with what he had achieved. It was no easy decision to move to Volvo, but Thomas is a person who likes challenges and who want to try his wings when he gets the chance. We also talk about the Volvo culture and how Thomas leadership function in this environment. Interesting and exciting.
