Meet Hanna Fager, head of HR at Volvo Cars Volvo Cars is going through a dramatic transformation and that put a lot of challenges on all of our employees including the head of HR. The company has doubled the number of employees since 2008 and we need to focus on what is important. Hanna look on 2018 as a year when we need to consolidate what has been achieved the last years and to find new way to “group around a challenge” and leave the bureaucracy behind.
