On the Tuesday February 26 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke was joined by Brian Blessing, the host of Sportsbook Radio and Vegas Hockey Hotline, for this week’s Betting the Board segment. Please excuse the small sound issues for the first couple minutes of the segment with Brian.

This has become a grab bag segment for us, as the guys recapped the NHL Trade Deadline and talked betting angles, discussed NASCAR, and handicapped the Honda Classic PGA Tour event at PGA National.

The NHL Trade Deadline allowed teams to fill holes for the playoff push and created new holes for the sellers. Adam and Brian broke down the Deadline to find NHL betting advantages and also isolate some teams and spots that could be present this week. They talked about the new NASCAR rules package and took an early look at this week’s Pennzoil 400 out in Las Vegas. Finally, the Honda Classic has a much weaker field than other recent events, which could create some value this week at PGA National.
