Description

JP Finlay, Mitch Tischler, Pete Hailey and Brian Mitchell are back for this Tuesday edition of Redskins Talk, which starts off with a breakdown of Landon Collins' contract. After the numbers have come out, the deal looks quite advantageous for the 'Skins. Next, the guys welcome on Tress Way (14:25), who was at the center of quite a "controversy" on Tuesday thanks to Stephen A. Smith mistakenly referring to Tress as a starting QB. Well, as you'll hear in the interview, Way doesn't mind it and is in fact relishing his new status as Washington's signal caller. The guys say goodbye to Way and then look at Jamison Crowder's departure, wondering if Trey Quinn is the guy to take over in the slot. Chris Simms hops on next (31:05), and the NBC Sports analyst gives his opinion on tons of topics, from Collins to the mid-round QB he likes as a potential Redskin. If you like podcasts where Mitch brings up the idea of doing a solo emergency pod about potential lineman signings and you get more insight on the team's biggest signing in a while, then this is the episode for you.
