Jeremiah joins the show the discuss his win at the Trans-Sylvania Mountain Bike Epic, as well as being a father of two young children, while balancing his training and racing, The Alpine Loop Gran Fondo, and the rest of his busy life. 
 
Jeremiah has been a guest several times on Mountain Bike Radio and it's always great to get his perspective on the status of mountain biking. In this episode, he shares his insight into being a dad (and new dad) and keeping up with his racing. While it's a challenge for him, he takes a laid back approach and tackles tasks as they come.
