This week Doug Barnes (Owner/Producer of the Season Pass Podcast) & Brent Young (Creative Director/Principle of Super 78) travel to Pasadena to sit for a chat with Phil Hettema (President/Creative Executive of the Hettema Group). Phil discusses his entry into the Themed Entertainment Industry: beginning at Disneyland designing costumes, to creating the Miami Vice Stunt Show at Universal Studios, then moving into concept design for Universal’s Cartoon World...which ultimately became Islands of Adventure. He also discusses the creation of the amazing 4-D attraction “Beyond All Boundaries” at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. An amazing man with an inspirational story--A MUST LISTEN! Enjoy!
