"Justice for Kaitlin" is the fourth in the series "Screwdriver Red" in which Woody tells the story that covers the career of a true monster who began killing and terrorizing as early as 1993 and as recent as 2018. Woody says this monster is without a doubt one of the most evil criminals he ever dealt with face to face.
