With 20 years of experience in research and intelligence gathering, her career has taken her from evaluating Arizona universities’ learning and alternative education programs, to the National Institute of Standards and Technology where she built economic models used by the manufacturing industry. Kelly is most likely to be outside when she isn’t having fun crunching numbers.
