The much-hyped secret memo, put together by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee, was released Friday. President Trump authorized its declassification despite "grave concerns" from the FBI. The memo alleges that top officials at the FBI and Department of Justice abused surveillance powers to target the Trump campaign early on in the Russia investigation.
