Sarah interviews Carmela Dutra, author of the Little Katie series.  Little Katie and her dog Smudge love going on adventures and learning together.  The books are full of facts and are designed to get children interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) subjects.  There are currently 2 books in the series, one where Little Katie and Smudge go to the moon, and a second where they learn about computer coding.  These books are fun and informative for children and adults alike.
