Ben Bruni is an Assistant Principal at Adairville Elementary and Middle School, a rural Preschool through 8th grade school located in Logan Co. Kentucky. This is his 14th year in public education and his second as an Assistant Principal. Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal, he spent the first decade of his career as a high school English teacher and Head Football Coach. He also spent two deeply impactful years working as a program director in an urban Alternative School. Ben is a avid reader and study of leadership and organizational psychology, and has spoken at conferences and professional developments on a variety of topics such as: "Leadership in Athletics; Empowering Your Players", "Making the Transition to Administration; A Practical Guide of What to Expect in Your First Year" and "Three Behavioral Psychology Studies that Benefit Educational Leadership".
