He made many of his clients very rich in real estate ownership. After retiring from real estate sales a few years ago, it was NOW time to focus on his own financial goals. Rick wanted to buy apartments for himself and his family. He wanted to buy a much larger apartment building than what his personal balance sheet dictated. He found that syndicating a transaction (raising equity with others) gave him the ability to buy a 64 unit building in Denton, Texas.
