Inside of a laboratory on 29th floor of Big Garage Co-Working Tower #12, Gig Kep-hart performs an experimental robotic surgery alongside the brash (and presumed missing) teenager, Orellia Ject. Meanwhile, 28 floors below, Tender Sky, Grand Magnificent, and Fourteen Fifteen work to stall a ticking clock as authorities draw ever closer.
