Today's episode is all about making your home eco-friendly. It's all about being friendly to the environment and to yourself. Use products that are energy efficient and also consider minimizing toxins in your home. It's all good.

When buying furniture, think about buying products that are made from sustainable wood. Avoid carpet that off-gases for a long time.
We also suggest using natural fibers in your home and avoiding plastics and synthetics.
Think about the cleaning products you use and candles. Are they releasing toxins in the air you breathe?
