Karen Langston is the Senior Associate AD for External Affairs and Capital Projects at CSU Bakersfield. She's also the chair of the NCAA Division I Wrestling Committee. During the NWCA Convention in Daytona Beach, Florida, Langston sat down to talk about the makeup of the committee, how rules and things work together with the NCAA, her role at CSUB and on being the first woman chair of the committee. Langston will also compare and contrast some of the other sports, mainly volleyball, she's had experience in as an athlete and as a sports administrator.
