About this ebook
Imagine living in a place where everything is gray, where the streets no longer have music, where the trees have stopped blooming, and people have forgotten what it means to truly laugh. A city that was once bright and full of life, but which, little by little, lost its colors, its parties, and its stories.
But here comes the best part... someone is about to change everything.
This book is full of magical adventures where children discover forgotten secrets, rescue songs no one sang, and find colors where no one saw them. An old painter with one last brush, a tree waiting to bloom, a theater that dreams of shining again, and a market that holds memories in its corners. Each story will take you by the hand through a sleeping city, where every small action can bring back joy, art, and culture.
But here's an important question: how does a city wake up?
Perhaps with the laughter of children running through the square, with a lost song that echoes again in the streets, or with a dry fountain that suddenly refills with water. Perhaps we just need to remember how valuable what makes us unique is, what unites us as a community, what tells us who we are.
This is not just a storybook. It's an invitation to look at the world through different eyes, to discover the beauty of our own history, and to understand that, with a little imagination and desire, any place can recover its magic.
If you like stories that make you dream, if you want to explore a city that reawakens, and if you dare to be part of this great adventure, then this book is for you. And remember... the colors never completely disappear; they just wait for someone to bring them back.

The City Without Colors - Brave Soul
The Day the Colors Disappeared
Mateo opened his eyes and rubbed his face with his hands. Something felt strange. He looked around his room and his heart skipped a beat.
The walls, which had always been a bright blue, were now gray. Her red-and-yellow striped bedspread was just a colorless fabric. Her toys, her books, even her clothes... everything was black and white.
He jumped out of bed and ran to the window. The entire city looked like an old photograph. There was no green in the trees, no blue in the sky, no red on the roofs of the houses. Everything was dull, sad, lifeless.
Mom! Dad!
Mateo shouted, running into the kitchen.
His mother was serving breakfast, but the orange juice wasn't orange, but gray. The jam on the bread was also colorless. His father read the newspaper, unaware of anything unusual.
What's wrong, son?
his mother asked.
—The colors! They're gone! Look!
Her mother blinked in confusion and looked around.
—I don't know what you're talking about, Mateo. Everything's normal.
—No, it's not normal! Yesterday my shirt was blue, now it's gray. Look outside! There are no colors in the city!
His father put down the newspaper and looked out the window.
—It's always been this way, son. What's all the fuss about?
Mateo felt a chill run down his spine. How could they say it had always been like this? Why hadn't anyone noticed?
He ran out into the street, looking for his friends. He found Sofia and Tomas playing with a... gray ball.
—Guys! Look at this! There are no colors!
Sofia gave him a strange look.
—Colors? What's that?
—The colors! The green, the red, the blue! Everything used to have color!
Thomas scratched his head.
—We've never seen anything like that, Mateo.
Mateo felt his heart pound. How could it be possible that no one remembered the colors?
She looked around. The bakery, which always sold brightly decorated cakes, now only had gray bread. The flower shop only had black and white flowers. The shop signs were all the same, colorless, joyless.
Mateo clenched his fists. Something had happened. Something very strange.
I had to figure out what had happened. I had to find a way to bring the colors back.
