The Triumph Of My Cheating Husband - Star Prince

    Chapter 150

    CIARA

My house had changed so much with Aunt Elsie in control of it for quite a long time; two years to be precise, but nothing changed about my room.

It still bore the curtains from two years ago, and I could perceive the strong smell of dust which rose into the air as I pushed open the door and dragged the curtains aside.

My room had been this unkept, but she got pictures of herself all over the living room, and takes a luxury daytime rest at the pool.

I shrugged and made to the window, with my left palm shielding my nose. I knew what would happen if I drag the curtains aside, so, I had to first take defense, before heading to the window.

I held the curtains and dragged them aside, and thus came into view, a dust ridden window. It had been shot for two years, and it had not been cleaned for two good years.

    Gosh.

I had no clue on why Aunt Elsie became somewhat careless. It was very much unlike her, who would do the cleaning and the cooking without seeking aid from the maids.

I looked out of the window and saw the boys who brought me here with the black car. I had so long wanted to live a life far from what I have here with Aunt Elsie.

I wanted to have a calm life in a calm apartment and flee from the sentiments, the regrets, the fights, and the past.

My son was with Ryan, and I am okay with that, but these boys brought me back here against my wish and now, I am being told to go get my son out of Ryan’s place.

That’s not the deal for me. I had many more important things to do, other than fighting over my kid who’d had the best times of his life with his dad there to take him up in his arms if the need be.

I wanted those boys out of my property, especially the one who sat next me. He was such an arrogant fellow. I could remember he didn’t even give a damn when his mates warned him of being harsh on me, and asked him to be fair, but he turned down the plea. And threatened to put a gun on my head if I don’t comport myself.

I want him sacked if he was employed to work here in my mansion, and if he was a mere visitor, I want him out of my property.

Maybe Aunt Elsie did not inform him earlier of who he was going to bring home from the hospital, that could have been the reason he treated me like he was getting me kidnapped.

But whatever, I want him out.

If he could be rough enough to treat me that way, then he would be rough enough to be a complete nuisance here.

I left the window, strutted out of my room and went downstairs, but there, I met two new faces waiting in the living room.

They were clad in suit, unlike the boys outside, and they wore black glasses that gave them that masked CIA look.

Who are you? I posed with my eyebrows raised.

How could Aunt Elsie bring this kind of men to my house?

They turned to me, and looked at each other. Maybe I’m not big enough for them to give me a response to my question, because they have no idea, I own the house they were in.

I said who are you? I hate repeating myself, but these men wouldn’t mind making me repeat the same question a million times.

She is the kid I told you about. Chain her up and take her to her room upstairs.

That was Aunt Elsie, standing by the doorpost. She seemed to have just walked in on us, and then came from her lips, those silly words.

Was this why she wanted to claim me from the facility?

To get me arrested by some random men in suit and glasses, and have me chained up in my room.

    What? I said with rage.

The men stood from the sofa on which they had nestled earlier and advanced towards me. I went backwards, and grabbed a picture flame resting on the wall beside me.

Good lord, I would strike and break their head if they get any close to me, and they know I would do that, but they seemed to be the least creatures that would ever back off from a fight in planet earth.

Auntie, what’s the meaning of this? Do I look insane to you? Why do you want to have me chained in my room? Get these men out of my house!

I couldn’t help but shout those words on her.

Imagine getting chained and locked up by a poor fool I brought into my house and gave her the life she never had at the first place.

I thought she was different from her husband and the rest of my uncles who killed my parents, but here she is, standing by the doorpost at the other end of the living room, smiling while her men advanced towards me.

I told you that she is sick in the head, and you must be careful or she would sink her teeth into your skin and give you tetanus.

Aunt Elsie had a mockery voice.

The men stopped, looked at each other and pulled out their riffles.

Drop your weapon, or we shoot. One of them said, while the other kept on advancing.

There is no way I could fight two armed men with a picture flame. I dropped the picture flame and out my hands up in the air.

Aunt Elsie had just won the fight without putting much effort in the game.

The men held me to the floor, and chained by hands with their handcuff.

Take her to her room and chain her to her bed, I would bring her meat to her in her room when the maids in the kitchen are done cooking. Aunt Elsie said, her lips curled up in a smile.

Lord knows I would not lay a finger on her food, talk more of taking a spoon full from it. I would rather die than take such risk.

    Chapter 151

    ELSIE

The good thing about me is the fact that I’m never in rush to execute the evil I had hidden in my mind. If anyone should ask Ciara what the problem was, I’m very sure she would not be able to drop an answer, because she couldn’t even tell she was being kidnapped when my men picked her up at the hospital.

Well, that’s because they brought her home to meet me at the poolside, and talk to me as though she was still in charge of both herself and her house.

Of course, she is in charge of her house, and one other thing I need, but not her body, because she had been caged up here in her own house.

I made her Sunday toast, and took it up her room where she was. The boys were such wicked creatures that did not bother to chain her up in bed.

The chained her up on the floor. That wasn’t what I told them, but that’ the good thing they can ever do to a little girl who got my husband killed for doing away with her goddamned parents.

She is in charge of one other thing though, and that’s why I must bother to be nice to her, though I was sure she doesn’t deserve being served some food, so she wouldn’t starve to death.

Ciara. I said with a calm motherly voice.

I usually called her that way in those days when I came with my pretense and worn her heart without fighting over it.

She looked up at me like a Joseph casted into the cave by his own brothers who he thought should be protecting him.

I don’t give a damn what pain was in those eyes, and what her lips had to say. All I know is this; I’m playing my games right, just the way she played hers and got rid of her uncles and enemies.

She is my niece, and my enemy, and I want to get her out of the way, but in a different manner. I want money, so much from her bank accounts.

You heartless wretch. Get these chains off my hands and my legs. She commanded.

I guess hardship from an early age made her touch, such that she really finds it easy to command even her adversely.

Come on, I’m her aunt, and an elder to her, so, I don’t think she should ever make such commands at me, because I’m not a weak demon she could just get rid of by asking it to go.

I brought your food. I said and laid the trey of food down on the floor.

I don’t think she had experienced having her breakfast on the floor. Well, if she hadn’t, then she would try it out today, and add it to her least of life time experiences.

I didn’t ask for food, Aunt. Get this thing off my hand! she roared.

I had never heard her roar as loud as a lion sick in the head.

Under one condition, dear. I sat before her, facing her face.

Her eyes brightened as those words met her ears. I knew she was such a desperate person, and she would do anything to have her freedom if it was seized.

That was why I made kidnapping her and keeping her hostage in her house a contingency plan which I would implement if I fail to kidnap Ryan and Herzl.

I smiled and raised my eyebrows in a way that meant ‘should I go on?’

She shook her head and I exhaled, touching her shoulder as I did so. I wasn’t being harsh on her, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t treat her like an enemy if she fails to grand my wish right here, right now.

I want money. I said with a smile.

I always knew I was such a heartless devil wouldn’t go bad on her victims until they go bad with her. That’s if I’m not worse than the devil.

Is that why you chained me up? I've done so much for you.

I fucking don’t care, you damn daughter of a slutty asshole! I shouted into her ears.

I hate it when people test my patience, and that’s exactly what she was doing at the moment. She was tugging at the tip of my clothes.

    I brought you…

I retorted with a slap, instead of words, and she gasped in pain.

The last thing I had in mind was to have her lobbied over what I could just get by getting her face bruised with slaps, and her body warmed with a few lashes of whip.

I need money, just make a quick transfer, and stop talking, or, I would hoist the red flag and make you regret for wasting my time.

I took her phone from the bed where it was lying, and tossed it at her.

Money, that’s what I asked for. I repeated for the sake of making it clear to her, that I had seized her for nothing but just money.

She accepted the phone and looked me in the eye.

    How much do you want?

    Twenty million, lady, do it.

    Her eyebrows creased.

Maybe twenty is too much, but she has it, and she must give it to me or she would be made another history, just like her parents who are now a pile of the past, resting in deep graves somewhere I don’t know.

    But…

Shut up, just get the shit done, baby. I touched her head.

It’s good to make slaves feel good when you want them to go far from their wits to get you what they can’t just afford that easily.

She shook her head and lowered her gaze to the phone. She was going to make the bank transfer right away, to save her head from the trouble she would toss herself into off she dared ask anymore unnecessary questions.

I’ve done it. She said, and I stood up.

I would tell the boys to come and set you free, once I get to the airport. I tapped her shoulder, and went off.

    Chapter 152

    CIARA

I didn’t know if leaving my phone with me after she made me transfer such huge amount of money to her was a dare, or, she forgot to take my phone and leave me here to rot in chains.

I waited for her to trudge down the stairs, and for the sound of her feet to die down, before I did what I guess she wouldn't expected me to do.

    I dialed Ryan’s number.

He had been visiting me all the while I was in the rehab facility, and he always come with my son, Herzl, but I had never done the good of calling him after the doctor’s put me on test to confirm that I had fallen back to sanity.

I knew he would be shocked to see my name of the screen of his phone, because it had been years I last tried his number, after everything I went through in his hands, but I guess he had gotten better, and he should feel lucky to have me call him, and he should understand that there is indeed an emergency.

He picked up, and I placed my ear to the phone, putting the phone in speak out, because I can’t take it up my ear with my hands which were on handcuffs.

    Ryan.

    Ciara.

His voice came with a rush, just like I guessed.

    Ryan I…

    Where are you, Ciara?

He wouldn’t wait for me to land before speaking up, because he was just desperate to hear me.

I’m at Aunt Elsie’s place, she got me kidnapped and locked me up.

I had to say Aunt Elsie’s place, because I wanted him to know that things weren’t as fair as it would seem if I said I was at my place.

Truth was, the house is mine, but being locked up in a house that is mine, and being chained and exploited by someone I allowed into it, meant I had totally lost control of it.

It had been made a kidnapper’s den, not a house befitting for me.

    Aunt Elie kidnapped you?

She took so much money from me, and she is heading to the airport, please, take the police and pick her up.

I heard footsteps coming upstairs, and without wasting time, I flipped my phone under the bed and relaxed my back on the bed furniture on which I was chained to.

The door creaked open and the two men on suit entered. They were still on glasses, and they still seemed quite unapologetic.

I heard her talking. One of them said and advanced to my side.

Who are you talking to? the second man posed.

I ignored their words the same way they ignored mine the other time, and remained silent. I had leant not to talk much when I am in the face of danger, and I was doing myself the good of keeping away from saying a word.

She wouldn’t talk. The first man said.

You know, you are such a lucky antelope. Our boss does not intend to have you killed. She just ordered us to free you, but you must find your way out of this room because we are getting you locked up here.

Why would they do it that way. It seemed just like a silly game played well by a number of morons.

That’s not what she said. She said we should free her right away. We are not keeping her locked up. The
