    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I thank my many teachers who helped me obtain the necessary skills which are required in the process of being a writer. Some of those teachers became unforgettable friends. I cannot give enough praise to my dear wife Nancy, who provides a home atmosphere which is conducive to writing. She also provides much needed emotional support and love. I love my readers and want to thank them for telling me when they like my books. Such helpful support is what makes an author want to keep on writing. Any resemblance of characters in this book to people in real life is purely coincidental. The author has the greatest respect for all the people who live in the areas described in the book. I am in no way frying to create a new religion with this book. I believe the Bible should be left the way it is. I believe in the Bible without the need for revisions. This book deals with what the world might be like if there were aliens living on it who were able to stay mostly hidden from humans for thousands of years. What if these aliens were here to help us as well as themselves. Did the aliens actually help us by speeding our growth in mathematics, or were they a hindrance? You will need to make your own decision! Jesus told his disciples the rich will no more go to heaven than a camel can go through the eye of a needle. He went on to say that with God, all things are possible. It still may be possible for some rich people to enter into heaven. My grandfather was a medical doctor. He taught me that it is alright to be successful and wealthy as long as you are generous to the poor. He always gave half of his earnings away to the poor. He paid for the medical training of five Nigerian medical doctors. In this book I have tried to make the point that philanthropy is a wonderful thing. Greed is death to the soul of a pe rson.

    ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I am currently a protestant pastor of the Church of the Brethren, although I am favorable to all Christian denominations, including Catholic. 1 regularly write letters to Pope Francis. God asked me to talk to him and approves highly of Pope Francis’s stand against child molestation and Catholic high authorities forcing themselves on younger Catholic officials, homosexually. Pope Francis is the first Pope to stand up against these travesties against Christianity and humanity at l arge!

I first became a Lay Minister, in 1978 after studying the entire Bible with four quite elderly and distinguished Brethren ministers for an entire year. They encouraged me to give communion frequently, and never council women in my office without a chaperone in the next room with the door open.

In 1975, I started serving as a Christian missionary, for the Mennonite Mission Board. I served in Stratford, Ontario as a youth worker, helping youths with cooking and attendance efficiency at work or school. During the last half of the year that I served, the previous location where I was serving closed down and I went to work as a culinary specialist at a group home that was populated by two Indian girls, from the far north country, and one fourteen-year old boy. I managed to lead the two girls to Jesus. After five and one half years of upper level classes at Goshen College, I graduated with a sociology minor, a psychology minor, and an English major. As an extra credit assignment for an English course, I composed on tape for three two hour sessions, what would turn out to be a quite famous movie, Pirates of the Caribbean. I had the screen play sent to Disney, free of charge. They already had a theme park, called Pirates of the Caribbean. In the screen play, I described for them how to construct one third scale pirate ships powered by small fifteen horse power outboard motors. I asked that the pirates be able to turn into boney figures under moonlight. I had them able to walk under the sea. It took Disney twenty years to come up with all the special effects to do all this! I believe assistant professor Susan Fisher Miller, sent the tapes to Disney. English Department Head, Ervin Beck was well aware of my tape-recording project. He has been quite helpful, along with professor John Fisher, in supporting me in my growth as an author. I have written thirteen books. Eight are self-published through Xlibris publishing out of southern Indiana. I am publishing two more books through them. I’ve been self-publishing with them for twenty years. They do fine quality work!

I write Christian adventure stories. Two books of gold treasure hunting and two science fiction books. My latest book, The Hidden Treasure of Atlantis is my best book, with Dr. Exeeto coming in as almost equal if not a little better. I’m not sure. The Atlantis book is great for five year old’s on up. Adults also find it unbelievably amazing and intriguing. It is a profoundly Christian book which everyone should read. It tells of an alien Christian culture from Andromeda, which has been living under the Earth for 20,000 years, helping mankind know how to build the pyramids and do advanced mathematics. They are preparing to leave Earth because of nuclear water pollution. They are training 40 countries in the building of space craft, so good Christians can escape the disaster of nuclear annihilation that is immanent. I describe the way many countries move to go to new habitable planets thousands of light years from Earth. All these people want to eventually go to Jehovah’s Heaven. There are plenty of references to Revelation at the end of the book. Finally an Angel comes at gives support to the many people, eagerly awaiting the New Earth and Heaven. The book will be coming out from Xlibris in 2024. It will be available at Barnes and Noble as a print on demand book. There is no stock pile of my books. When you order a book, only then is it printed. The paperback of The Hidden Treasure of Atlantis will cost approximately, $16.00. The other best books of mine, in paperback, run from $17.00 to $20.00 each. The first seven books I wrote were under the pseudonym, Mark Lee Masters. Ask for that author name when ordering those books. These are the most exciting books you can find anywhere! Most of my books are available in hardback as well. In 2024 1 will be coming out with a book called The Mark Lee Masters Collection Vol. 2. It will be my best writing ever! The first book in the collection The Hidden Treasure of Atlantis. The next two books are amazing Bible commentaries! The first one is named Fear God, Please God, Be Blessed. It covers some of Jerimiah, parts about John the Baptist, and many miracles of Jesus. The second commentary, is my most incredible work ever. It’s called Fear God, Please God, Be Blessed Vol. 2. The book ends with one and a half pages of true Divine Revelations from God and Jesus to the author. I am extremely close to God and Jesus, and they have given me permission to include these words of revelations previously not even guessed at by Christians or pagans! The two million WW2 veterans are described in a special place in Heaven where they are entertained by five hundred thousand beautiful young Angels. Every paragraph is fantastic and inspires previously unimaginable thrill about the prospect of living in Heaven. This passage alone is worth the price of the book. It will only be available in paperback. The Vol. 2 book is about three hundred pages long. The third book of the collection, Fear God, Please God, Be Blessed is one hundred and four pages long. The book starts out with my best sermon ever, Fear God. It uses many books of the Bible, especially the Ten Commandments and Deuteronomy, to show the reader that Fearing God, means more than only respecting him. It also means loving him with all your heart, mind, and soul. It means praising him at least on a daily basis with much enthusiasm. It means trusting in him and his Son Jesus to perform amazing miracles for you, when you pray fervently with faith that they will answer your prayers. Having faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains!

After the Fear God sermon, I move to Jerimiah, and include half of the book. My favorite chapter is Chapter 7. God describes why he is cursing Israel. Verse 31 is especially poignant! God laments that the Israelites are burning their children on wooden altars, to a false God. I know the god’s name, but I won’t mention it, because God hates to hear the names of false gods. God laments that he did not even imagine that He would want them to burn their children like that! Jeremiah goes on to describe the many years of suffering the Israelites endure because of their faithlessness to Jehovah.

They are plagued with drought till people throw their gold coins into the streets, because all that gold will not buy them one loaf of bread! They are killed off in large numbers by their enemies in warfare. They are thrown into slavery for seventy years by the Babylonians, and only then learn to be loyal to God.

John the Baptist is dealt with briefly, and then I turn to the book of John. John was Jesus’s favorite disciple, and Jesus told him everything! John knew the most about the soul and spirit of Jesus. I especially liked Chapter 11, where Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. That was what won four thousand Jews to Jesus, and provoked the Jewish Leaders to crucify Jesus. Next I went to Revelation, and covered my favorite chapters. I love the last two chapters which tell about Heaven. I love Chapter 6 and Chapter 12. Finally I go to my favorite Psalms and include about fifteen or so of them. And of course, as I said earlier, I end with Devine Revelations. Truths about Heaven as spoken to me by Jehovah and Jesus. The Fear God, Please God, Be Blessed Vol.2 in paperback only, will sell for about $23.00. That’s three books and three hundred pages of the greatest Christian teachings you will ever read! Three books for $8.00 each if purchased individually. The Atlantis book alone will sell for $16.00. Don’t want to sound like a hawker, but I am desperate for people to read these books. They are the best books of my lifetime, and I’ve been writing for twenty years!

Before Atlantis, came The Lost Treasure of Nostradamus, a completely Christian book. Extreme humor, for eleven pages, as Satan and Nostradamus watch from Hell, as God does amazing things which they can’t understand! Many people are drawn in by Satan and his promises of wealth. Finally and Angel comes and wises up Satan’s new friends, and lets them know what he is all about. They are all so impressed with the Angel’s wisdom, they let the Angel baptize them that same day! This book is one of my best, and is only $16.00 paperback. Hardback is $27.00.

Dr. Exeeto is almost as good as Atlantis, but not suitable for children under twelve in my opinion. An excellent Christian book, with only two scenes which would not be good for some children. Adults go nuts for this book! I gave five copies to some nice elderly ladies from my church. They loved it!

Mary Thresher In Search of Sunken Treasure is a great Christian book for teenagers. One Christian man who doesn’t even allow television in his home, said, If you can write books this good, you should be a millionaire!

The Mark Lee Masters Collection Vol. 1 is the best value for the reader. Five books in one ! Dr. Exeeto and Ma Thresher In Search of Sunken Treasure are included. A serial killer murder mystery is in there. [15 and older is recommended.] A sequel to Dr. Exeeto is in there, and an autobiography of Jonathan Miller is in there. All for $27.00 paperback. $35.00 Hardback. The Hardback is a real collector’s item, and only $7.00 per book!

    FEAR GOD SERMON

A fter the first chapter of this book, which is my favorite, I also wanted to cover Jeremiah, to show more about why it is so important to fear God. After those two chapters I spent the rest of the book covering my favorite sections of the Bible. All quotations are from the King James Version, Thomas Nelson Publishers, the 1976 edi tion.

I would like to thank my many teachers, who throughout the years have trained me in writing. I thank my wife, Nancy, for her patience through the many years of my writing career. I thank God for asking me to write this book. In 2015 1 was asking God what he would most like for me to tell people about. He told me he would like me to teach people to fear him. At first I thought he meant respect him, but when I read Exodus 20:20, I realized that God wants us to fear him so we will not sin. The books of Deuteronomy and Jeremiah are also quite helpful in making people realize how important it is to not engage in idolatry especially, and also to obey the Ten Commandments. Please don’t be put off by the first paragraph of the book. It is a little shocking to first be presented with how important it is to fear God. He is not our cuddly little chum. When we obey him and fear him, he does become our friend and wants to bless us. We must love him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. I pray that this book is a blessing to you and that you learn to fear God, please God, and be blessed.

If you fear God and please God, you will be blessed. Fear God, does not mean to respect God. God wants you to fear what he will do to you if you sin by breaking one of the Ten Commandments. I will rely heavily on the book of Deuteronomy to explain with many examples how much God wants you to obey the Ten Commandments. No one can be perfect and obey all the commandments all of the time. We are saved by the Grace of God. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast." Our sins are washed away by the blood which Christ shed on the cross at Calvary. I will cover this more later on in the book. Jesus too wanted us to obey the Ten Commandments. I will now list the Ten Commandments as spoken verbally to the Israelites in Exodus chapter 20:3-17.

"Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for 1 the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandment. 7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. 8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

    13 Thou shalt not kill.

14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

    15Thou shalt not steal.

16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s."

The book of Exodus shows how God used fear to help bring out obedience from the hearts of his people, as least for a while.

Exodus 19:18 And mount Si’nai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

Once the people were afraid and likely to be impressed with God’s words, he gave them the Ten Commandments verbally. One commandment that is little understood by many today, I will quote again.

Exodus 19:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

It is quite common for adults and children to say Oh my God! They all need to be reminded they are bringing a curse on themselves when they do this. God doesn’t like it and I find it exceedingly annoying. Do it at your own peril! After hearing the Ten Commandments from God’s own mouth, the Israelites were exceedingly fearful. They probably thought their lives were in danger. God knew that soon they would be making a golden calf to worship, so their lives probably were in danger.

Exodus 20:20 And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

This is terribly important. My mission in writing this book is that you understand and remember that God wants you to fear him and what he will do to you if you break any of the Ten Commandments. Most people don’t understand why the words Fear God. are found so often throughout the entire Bible. Once you fear God and want to obey his commandments, you are allowed to draw close to him and be his friend. Jesus also wants you to obey the Ten Commandments. Jesus told people that if they loved him, they should obey the commandments. As I just said, God knew the Israelites would break the Ten Commandments. God really hates it more than anything else, when his people turn from him to false gods. He becomes furious. When he saw the Israelites worshipping the golden calf, he asked Moses to step aside so he could destroy the Israelites completely. Luckily for them, Moses was able to convince God not to do it. Moses himself went down from the mountain and had his Levites kill hundreds of the foolish golden calf worshippers. In Deuteronomy 5:29, we hear God lamenting that his chosen people were so stupid.

Deuteronomy 5:29 Oh that they were of such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them and with their children for ever!

In the following chapters of Deuteronomy, God explains to his people how to relate to him and what to expect from him.

Deuteronomy 6:4-5 Hear O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: 5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Deuteronomy 6:13-15 Thou shaft fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name. 14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you; 15 (For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.

It’s quite clear that Jehovah our God does not tolerate people worshipping gods other than him. This would indicate that since Satan is a false god, we must not engage in witchcraft or accept favors from Satan. It is amazing to me
