I had been born in Iasi Romania on Oct. 22, 1955, into a mark, right-minded, highbrow, and law-abiding family who had given me an old-hat education. I was brought up to love and respect Homosapiens encompassing me and helping out underprivileged Homosapiens. I've had graduated Highschool on August 1974 in Iasi Romania. My family and I booked "emigrated" to the United States on January 21, 1976. I've had graduated Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, a five-star University on June 4, 1981. I had become U.S. Citizen on August 4, 1981. I've had graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York on June 3, 1982.
