CLINICAL HISTORY AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS - Rao Maaz Bin Shakir

    DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to my parents, my loving wife  and my teachers.

    PREFACE

It is indeed an arduous and time-consuming process to obtain a meaningful clinical history that guides towards a number of possible diagnoses before carrying out physical examination. Hence, this book is written to give history-taking a methodical approach and to lay a strong foundation to reach differential diagnoses. Aim of this book is to allow medical students, interns and trainee doctors to prepare for PLAB, USMLE and MRCS (PART B) examinations and to let junior doctors to apply history taking skills to day-to-day clinical practice. This book is written in succint language and format for easy memorization.

I hope this book fulfills its use as a resourceful tool in the ocean of knowledge.

    Best Regards
