This book was written in 1990, which served as a study book for new converts in an evangelical church. Then, between 1994 and 1998, I wrote about 30 books in which I taught theology. I don t claim to be the owner of the truth, I just try to find the answer to the most common questions of the human mind. From 2015 to 2023 I dedicated my life to writing intensely, publishing over 200 books in Portuguese here in Brazil. It s been more than 30 years of writing mainly on topics related to the Bible, but I confess that this book was my first and still remains my masterpiece. It contains the dogmas of Christianity and a manual of sanctified life for Christians around the world. This book contains more than 1800 biblical references, for the volume of the book, it was a feat, it is the best systematic theology book in which I could synthesize all the points of the Christian faith. Arguably the best summary of Christianity.

PURPOSE OF THIS WORK

This book, like the others published by me, is intended to lead men to become better, to love God above all and their neighbor as themselves. My works are not intended for entertainment, but to provoke reflection on our existence. In God there is an answer for everything, but the journey towards knowledge is gradual and we do not reach answers for everything, because our mind does not have enough free space to support it. But in this book you will find some answers to some of the dilemmas of our existence.

AUTHOR: Scribe of Christ has a degree in Biological Sciences and History from the Metropolitan University of Santos; holds a degree in Business Management from UNIMONTE in Santos; Bachelor's Degree in Theology from the Faculty of Assemblies of God in Santos; he has a Technical Degree in Judicial Police from USP and two diplomas from Harvard University in the USA on Pauline Epistles and Manuscripts from the Middle Ages. Professional broadcaster by SENAC in Santos, recognized by the Ministry of Labor. He was born in Itabaiana/SE, in 1969. In 1990 he founded the Universal Evangelism Center; today he dedicates himself to writing books and to the ministry of intercession. Having no interest in giving lectures or participating in events, avoiding social interaction.

              God simply exists because chance could not have created a world so perfect and synchronized as what is before our eyes. I try to show people that God can be known, sense and we can be friends him. The world and the life of every person has a purpose, there is a meaning to life. The human being is a complex creature. It is different from all other living beings, reason why rigorous studies are conducted within psychology to unravel the mysteries of human nature and indeed the efforts of experts have taken effect some positive, however, problems remain, and we are not pessimistic when we say that things have worsened day after day ... However, the human being is still struggling against the current that drags to the destruction of society.

In spite of everything... the human being want peace, happiness, a comfortable home in which to raise their children, food on your table, security for the future, requires remedies for their illnesses to be recognized by others, and widespread concern bedevils men inside: It is the question of death. Why do we have to die? What after death? There is another life? Why are we born? Why do we live?

When man turns on the TV or the radio, or read the papers it seems that everything is meaningless. Well it is true that the history of man is a replay. Repeats continuously. Everything we see and hear is: Inflation increases, new wave of assaults in the city, government corruption, ravaging economic crisis, flood leaves thousands homeless, drought forces the man to emigrate, increases the armed conflict in the Middle East, military coup overthrows government , the energy crisis, the percentage of orphans and children of single mothers breaking record, juvenile offenders cause fear in the population, cases of rape popular revolt, car accident causes death and several injuries, disease outbreak quickly-spreading in the region, pollution in rivers contaminates water, no vacancies in hospitals, candidates for election promises to solve inflation problems, education, and health; millionaire kidnapping, terrorists take plane, hurricane devastates, earthquake destroys, growing slums, steelworkers on strike, drug leads youth to death, employers exploiting employees, suicide rate grows, divorce and separation become common, children are left with the mother or the father?

We decided to stop here because the list of mankind's problems is extensive, and you know and maybe live with some of these. Now, we ask, is God's will all this? - Certainly not! But why the world is like? How can we overcome avalanches problems of this life? How to achieve eternal life? HAS THE ANSWER GOD. Who knows the clock, unless inventor?! So God, as the creator of man, know where the faults and he is interested in fixing it. But you want to change your life? If you want, study this book.

Many of the pictures used in this book were designed by Scribe Valdemir in 1990, in the version of the Bible Study Guide photocopies bound distributed at the time. In the first version there were 130 pictures and 1,886 biblical quotations.

I – BIBLIOLOGY

Bibliology is the part of theology study analyzing the Bible as a collection of sacred books, since its formation, inspiration, structure, and history. The Bible was written on papyrus (common plant leaves in Egypt) and parchment (animal hide working for writing), these rolls are also called scripts. Currently there are about 40,000 manuscripts prepared between the second century and the XV.

1 - The first translations

The first translation of the Old Testament into another language (Greek) was called Septuagint because there were seventy experts who translated (ie the biblical inter period) from Hebrew into Greek. The first complete translation into another language (Latin) was called Vulgate (ie in the year 400 A.D.). Because it was translated into Vulgar Latin. The word Bible comes from the Greek word biblos which means little books.

The first translation into English was in the Middle Ages by order of King James and so was called King James Version.
