Chapter 1: Reassessing

Several months had passed since the incident at the New Amsterdam Central Terminal as fall turned into winter and winter turned into spring. There was no sighting of Wyett or his friends, which led the FBI to put the case on the back burner. This led Lucifer to believe they retreated to the Magic Realm, which meant that they would have to take a different course of action. They couldn’t rely on getting the jewels, so they had to figure an alternative to create more negative energy throughout Earth.

The Livedson family repaired the damage to the terminal and resumed business as usual when it came to legal operations at the facility. In the basement the sacrifices stopped for now, so they can figure out a new course of action. Leviathan’s collection resumed, along with the brothel, but the third floor of the basement remained barren and empty.

Billy Livedson was sitting in the living room flicking through the channels on television. He came upon the channel and stopped as the man was speaking to a large crowd to his attention. A bombastic businessman was running for President of the United States. His family struck it rich in the oil industry, and was a major oil provider for the world. When he took over the family business, the man expanded into other various sectors of the industry by creating an automobile, airplane, trainline, and trucking company. His name was James Johnson, and was one of Leviathan and Lucifer’s minions.

Johnson was in his late forties, athletically built, with slicked back slicked back sandy blonde hair and blue. What Billy and Marco didn’t know is that Johnson was their step-father’s cousin, and the main transportation link in Leviathan’s illegal empire. Billy took a liking to him so much, since he announced his run for President, that he started studying his speeches. Marco walked in to let his brother know that it was time for practice.

I see that you’re watching another James Johnson campaign stop, Marco commented as he walked into the living room from his bedroom in the penthouse of the terminal. What is it about this Johnson guy that has you constantly watching his campaign stops?

His speeches are very good, Billy replied, as he paused the DVR on a shot of the crowd. Look at all those people hanging on his every word. Most of the things he says are outrageous, and just not true, but it doesn’t matter. It’s just amazing!

It’s because that is what they wish in their hearts, a voice from behind spoke. That is how your father built a vast following. Whisper the dreams of humans into their ear, and you will have them eating right out of your hands. How do you think I built my network?

The person was their mother Leviathan who just came up the elevator from an office a few floors down. She was busy as of late rebuilding the terminal and maintaining their legal and illegal empire. She walked over to a recliner that was near the television and sat down on it. She came up to inform them that their father and her were reassessing their plans, and it was time to shift their focus from obtaining the jewels.

Well, I’m here to inform you that your father and I have been talking, Leviathan informed. We have been assessing our options, and decided to shift our focus from obtaining the jewels.

What do you mean, Billy asked. Aren’t the jewels the key to unleashing Hell’s army on Earth?

That is the thing, Billy, Leviathan answered. We might not need Hell’s army right now to conquer the world. Look at the man speaking right now on television. Most of the things he is saying are just outright lies, but people hang by his every word.

Billy un-paused the television, and the man started to speak again after a few seconds of cheering.

I promise that I will hold other countries accountable and bring jobs back to America, Johnson stated, which was followed by a loud cheer. Every single thing that large corporations sell here in America will be made here in America by Americans! No more outsourcing to other countries!

The crowd then started cheering even louder. America was in a recession as many banks went under due to numerous business CEOs were caught embezzling money from the company to pay for a lavish lifestyle. Of course, these were people that made deals with Lucifer for wealth and a lavish life style. It was Marco that started to get what their mother was hinting at.

This man is a part of another plan, Marco stated. I recognize him from a family gathering that you and our step father had several years ago. What was it again? It was the one that our step-father gave a speech at.

You’re thinking of the wedding, Leviathan answered.

Wait, Billy blurted. You cannot go to a wedding! You’re not allowed on holy ground.

That is correct, Leviathan answered. However, this one was held in the back yard by a justice of the peace. I can attend since it isn’t a church, how do you not remember this? It happened like five years ago, and there were a ton of famous people there.

He slept through it on the couch, Marco answered. Remember he snuck out of bed and was playing his new video game system all night. He was so tired that his snoring could have woken up the dead.

So, that’s why all those people were dressed up when I went to the bathroom, Billy commented. I thought mom was hosting another fancy party again. Anyways, how did our step father know this guy.

Actually, he is your step-father’s cousin, Leviathan answered. Your step-father and James’ parents were close growing up. So, they practically grew up together, and since both were only child’s, they quickly bonded from a young age. James is the transportation provider for our empire.

So, he knows the whole operation and what we are doing, Billy asked.

Yes, it was his idea to run for President, Leviathan followed up. People always loved him, especially the ladies, so he figured becoming President would allow the operation to expand overseas, and create more chaos, hostility, and negative energy for your father to draw off of.

Looks like it is working, Marco pointed out.

Indeed, it is, Leviathan replied. We didn’t inform you of this, because we didn’t know how it would go. You guys were busy with your own journey, and obtaining the jewels. So, we felt it was better not to say anything that way you don’t get distracted.

Good point, Billy commented. Maybe we can use him for more than just causing a lot of trouble. If he were to become President, then he would have access to all the country's secrets. Maybe there is something in there that we can benefit from.

An astute point my boy, a man from behind them said. Right now, we only have low level access to America’s secrets. If we can get high level access to their secrets, we may be able to ascertain the location of the other keystones.

So, if we find all fourteen, we could create our own set of jewels, and open the portal to Hell, Billy thought out loud.

Correction, Lucifer retorted. We need to find thirteen, because your mother was able to steal one of them, and then sent it to me. However, Michael caught her before she could get me the Light Dragon Essence Stone.

I thought they were all hidden away, Marco asked.

The other six sets were sent to undisclosed locations, Lucifer answered. The Dragon Essence set was entrusted to the dragons to watch over it. After our confrontation, Jesus sent the other Archangels to hide the jewels. However, your mother went straight to the magic realm and informed them of what happened. She informed them that I might have tampered with the stones, so she needed to inspect them. However, Michael suspected your mother was up to no good and followed her, and caught her just after transporting the Dark Dragon Essence Stone.

So, the Dark Dragon Essence Stone is where you get your power from, Billy asked.

At first, after I tied my essence to the dark, Lucifer answered. Over time in my prison I learned to master the darkness. The more followers I obtained, the more my powers grew. You killing the heads of the other rivals gang completed my transformation, and now I can just draw off the darkness myself.

So how do we help him ascend win the election then? Billy asked.

Simple, we use what happened to us last fall, Lucifer replied. The renegade church is hiding the murderous gang led by Wyett Hughes. As President, James Johnson will bring others in the renegades of the church to justice after they attempted to silence him on the truth.

So, you’re going to have us create a spell that has us transform into their likeness, and weapons, Marco theorized. Then we try to kill him at a public event, which will raise his profile. Then release a video declaring that James Johnson is a traitor, and the church won’t stop until he, and his allies, are destroyed.

That should be good enough to get him elected, Billy followed up. However, that will draw them out of hiding immediately. So, we need to do one little thing.

What is that, Lucifer asked.

We need to find out what is on my dear old mother’s server, Billy commented.

Oh, that, Leviathan stated.

We know that the main business servers are downtown, Billy explained. When Marco and I were talking about how secure the servers are, we realized that the only person that has access to them besides you is Mark. So, what is on them?

Well, I got to be able to keep track who are our followers, Leviathan answered. Also, we have to store the video and pictures that are used for blackmail somewhere. Lastly, the accounting books to keep track of our illegal operations, and assets.

Why would you keep everything on just one server, Marco asked.

Its not, Leviathan replied. There are three separate servers. Each server holds one-third of the file, and there is a unique key for each one. So, the Stars of Destiny would have to break into or hack each one just to get the information.

Well, their friend MacAlby is a genius when it comes to computers, Billy retorted.

Yes, he is, Leviathan answered. However, he isn’t as good as the Supernova who designed these servers.

I heard about that person, Marco followed up. The person earned the nickname for making computer servers crash, and then explode like a star going supernova. They were never caught, and nobody knows who it is, because all the computer data was destroyed after the servers explode. So, who is this person anyways?

Where do you think I get my hacking skills from, a voice shouted from the kitchen.

Mark Williams, their computer expert, was in a room off to the side. Leviathan created a work space after the incident at the terminal to keep on top of things better. Also, she wanted him close by to scour the internet for any sign of Wyett and his friends."

My father is supernova, Mark informed. He has been teaching me everything he knows about hacking. There is a lot to learn still from him as he has a vast knowledge of old and new computer hardware and software. However, I got some information that my father pointed out to me several years ago that would fit right into your plans.

What is that, Mark, Billy asked.

Has anyone of you ever heard of the EMP Commission, Mark asked.

Ah yes, Lucifer exclaimed. Baal informed me of this in a mental link several months ago. Krusikov’s uncle, who is a cousin of Russia’s President, emailed him about making sure that the latest bill on improving America’s infrastructure never gets passed.

That’s the commission that was founded by President George W. Bush, right, Marco asked.

Yes, Mark replied. Essentially, it found that the United States electric grid can be taken out coast to coast by two ways. The first is a large enough solar flare, which can be seen on Earth as an Aurora Borealis, or nuclear missile detonated high enough above America. Everything we do today is tied to the electric grid. Clean water, food, gasoline, and even heat are all tied to the grid, and it would take years to come back. The reason is the large power transformers that are a critical component in bulk electric transmission are custom built and take approximately two years to build.

If the electric grid is so important to Americans, then why hasn’t the government done anything about it, Bill asked.

Democrats try in every session of Congress, Leviathan answered. However, they get nowhere, because of Republicans. The reason is deadly sin number two.

Greed, Lucifer contemplated. I’ve corrupted so many businessmen with that one. As Paul the Apostle said in 1 Timothy 6:10, For the love of money is the root of all evil, and let me tell you there is nothing more businessmen love.

Which is why so many Republicans refuse to do anything, Billy commented.

Yes, Leviathan answered. When you look at the ten current richest U.S. Senators, seven of them are Republicans who started businesses or were born into money. Of the three Democrats, only one made his money in business before becoming a U.S. Senator. The other two married into money, so forget any of them.

Leviathan then started tapping her right index finger on the arm of the recliner that she was sitting on. Everyone waited for a second as they knew that was a sign, she was thinking of something. Another plot was formulating in her mind, and after a moment she got up to stare out the window for a moment to think. When the plan came to mind, Leviathan turned around to the others.

I got it, Leviathan exclaimed. Mark’s father designed software that many companies use to manage their computer networks. That includes many programs in the federal government, which of course we sold to. I can ask his father to create a program that would allow the Russians a backdoor into the U.S. nuclear weapons computer program. When James is elected, we can use an official visit from the church to upload it into the system and make it look like they did it. Thus, the government would arrest all the people in the Church, which would make the Stars of Destiny come back to Earth.

After they are arrested, Lucifer followed up as he walked over to Leviathan. And we know the Stars of Destiny are back, the Russians then launch their nuclear weapons and detonate them all over the countries of the world that aren’t with us. That will knock out the electric grid world-wide, and give us unfathomable dark energy.

Which will give us all the time we need to find the other cosmic keystones, Leviathan said, as she got up from the recliner to walk towards Lucifer. Then when we have them all we can invade Heaven, and destroy Jesus once and for all.

Time to get a hold of James, Lucifer stated, as they then embraced and kissed passionately.

The two separated after a minute, and Leviathan reached into her in pants business suit pants pocket and took out her cell phone. She dialed James' number and informed him that they had to meet as she had an idea how she could help him. The two agreed to meet later that day as he had a fundraising dinner event in New Amsterdam that night. Leviathan then hung up the phone, gave Lucifer another kiss, and said their goodbyes as the two knew that it was time to get back to their evil deeds.

Chapter 2: Staying in the Loop

Wyett and the gang were enjoying their time with their parents. Their parents still required them to keep up with school. They did it with Mac, the elder dragons and their school’s help by letting Mac wear a spy camera on a contact lens transmitted back to the Church. The elder dragons would then daily cast a spell that brought what was on the screen in a separate room, so they could concentrate on school.

The school kept it a secret from the rest of the school as they didn’t want any trouble from parents, but knew that they were innocent of what was going on. Billy and Marco Livedson caused way too much trouble over the years at the school to be believed. However, the school had to keep it a secret as there were many others that believed what they said was true.

As for practice, Mr. and Mrs., Shu, Dexter, Mac, Aki, and Tomoko would come over to their realm as the elder dragons opened a portal for them daily. Mac was getting better every day with his martial arts and his magic skills. Others had tailored training by Mr. and Mrs. Shu to work on weaknesses.

Dexter and Aki were essentially on the same path as Mac as their skills were all more of the physical variety, so the three trained together like they did at the Church. At first, they concentrated on mental training, and magic. As the two got better at it, Mr. and Mrs. Shu integrated martial arts, weapons, and strategy.

Wyett and the gang participated with the trio to keep their basic skills sharp, and to learn some military training. When Dexter, Aki, and Mac were done, the gang received specialized training. However, this training wasn’t done by Mr. and Mrs. Shu, but was held by the elder dragons, and Queen Himiko herself. At first, they concentrated on connecting mentally with the stones. Even though Hailey, Valeri, and Antonio didn’t have their yet, they were told that they could still reach out to them, and their protectors, mentally. They got better and better at connecting with them, but as each day passed the dragons hinted that trouble was brewing.

After a couple of warnings, Wyett and the gang would sneak off to a distant region of the
