Brianne Jamison is the Founder of Wild Lark Books - an Independent Bookshop and Publisher. She began writing the The Shift while sitting in a pub on The Brae next to a roaring fire as a way to remember the adventures of her solo trip to Scotland in October of 2021 just before opening the bookstore. It serves as a simple reminder that ordinary life can give birth to extraordinary things.She lives in West Texas but originally hails from the Northeast.
