Peace on Earth and goodwill to men. 1984’s INGSOC was the prediction of George Orwell of how the Brotherhood and Big Brother created a culture of fear and mind torture to control the social actions of the Otherhood. The prediction of a negative utopia to emerge in 1984 passed in the real world of America and returns as socialism evolved into totalitarianism in 2184. However, by 2084, after years of being attacked by robots and drones from another galaxy, disabling the world’s grid systems triggers worldwide patriotism with coexistence of peace. Overriding the current culture of violence and world conflict the evolution of political systems focuses on peace as the world is threatened by attacks from outer space. The use of quantum physics enables the world to create a vehicle for time travel and transference and explains how the human genome is the structure of the cosmos and how the Black Hole’s dissipating humanity while the White Hole represented by the cosmos must be saved before life is consumed by the Black Hole. Alec Carter Stevens becomes the president of the Americas in 2081 after forming an American Enterprise Party during the campaign of 2080s. He is instrumental in defusing the outer space threat from the attacking planet, Medroma, and forming a one-world government (Americana) that has seven continental regions. But with political turmoil continuing in the seven continental regions, the Socialists gains control once again. And in 2184, with the forming of Americania AMSOC, the world is controlled by the Grand Marshal, the Pope, and one religion, one capital, one Bible, one language, and an army of peacekeepers controlling the twelve districts. The capitol is in Sunyani, where the governing Few are located. Under an edict, the Many (the masses) were embedded with brain chips that control behavior and modifies any aberrant actions against the AMSOC and policies of Americania. The Queen Robot, discovered in Medroma, becomes a source of the answer to how the gravitational pull of the Black Hole created the Earth and exerts an ever increasing magnetic field, causing a decline in world population and the need to nullify the Black Hole (Satan) through the spirit of the White Holes (God).

As the author of 2084 and a father of four children, twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren my concern for our world should be self-evident. But it isn’t when my life and future hinges dramatically on the leadership of our country and the world. Currently our leaders assume we the people want what they want … more and more wealth without regard to quality of life. For example, we have a culture of violence taking down our youngest and most precious assets … our offspring.

We are losing them to guns, opiates, opioids, prescription and street drugs causing violence against others and themselves under the promise of the American dream that all of us are equal and must have equal prosperity. This falsehood works against us every day in that the rest of the world believes entirely in a different God. It’s quality of life not money.

Do I blame capitalism or socialism in this book No. Do I blame our leaders; emphatically, yes. Why because the world will never be at peace until we are attacked by an alien planet. I make the case that this will happen. But does it solve our underlying problem. Definitely not.

What is this underlying problem? Is it an idea or an ideology that separates us? In my opinion neither. I assert that it’s caused by human nature believing in a higher power (God) but giving up their lives to circumstances and falling in line with the resolution to follow the follower. Being pushed here and there by waring forces striving for control of our human spirit. To this I welcome you as a reader to America’s Camelot in 1962, to Tear Down the Wall Communism in 1984, to Americas one-continental Union in 2023, to Americana a one-world Enterprise AEP in 2084 and to Americania a one-world Socialist government AMSOC in 2184. Ever revolting and evolving, forever.

The central theme is to make a transition from our current version of democracy to an autocracy predicted by George Orwell for 1984 … just a little too early for my book. So the theories presented are intended to clarify my version of science and religious theories presented in a political format to promote peace on earth good will to men. It still doesn’t solve the problem of what men and women do to themselves. This is called evolution not revolution of the Good Earth. It seems Autocrats are destined to rule the world as predicted by Orwell.

Much of this book was started in 1991 and completed in stages after I read Animal Farm then 1984, all written by the visionary George Orwell (pseudonym of Eric Blair (1903–1950), who was born in Bengal and educated at Eton University in England. By way of Burma, Mr. Orwell returned to Europe to write novels and essays. His books are on the top ten most read books of all time, including required reading in many higher education institutions. His theme was to warn us of orthodoxy and control by a Wizard of Oz character (Big Brother) and the façade of the anti-Big Brother movement called the Brotherhood. Big Brother, the founder of the organization of the Americas, Canada, Mexico and England, which make up the land of Oceania … the protector of equality of life for all.

The theme in my book is to search and find a way to understand where the axis of evil crosses the nexus of good by making love not war. If I not WE is the greatest evil of being alone, then what is Good and what is Evil? Ayn Rand, Anthem. The answer to me is equality where good and evil cross making an X. This becomes the symbol of the progressive socialists. The conflict of the right and left tangents (conservativism versus liberalism, collectivism versus individualism, Socialism versus Capitalism) leaving peace the victim. When in effect the only possibility for world peace is where good and evil become equal with no advantage to either, and love emerges as the reason for living. Evil behavior, being aberrant, is resolved in 2184 using microchip technology inserted into the brains of the offenders thereby nullifying the aberrant behavior. It certainly is important to know what times you’re living in, who the leader is, and whether you’re an activist or a pacifist. In America, there is a constitution and legal infrastructure built over two hundred years to protect individual freedoms under the guise of equality for all. In this book, it takes another two hundred years to take it down for many reasons. First being, in America, the laws, the Constitution, the Supreme Court, the president, and the lawmakers (545 individuals that I will call America’s politburo) began to gradually modify and enforce change in behaviors. Based on a need for more safety and security, due to terrorism and nutrition, education for reducing obesity we began to gradually be victimized by the orthodoxy and controls that George Orwell envisioned for the world of Oceania in 1984. Even though it seems inevitable that the more intelligent shall rule using the Golden Rule (those with the gold rule) we all continue to demand equality and personal freedoms acquiescing control to the FEW. So I guess we have to believe in our leaders, national media, and education in the study of religion, history and science; but not use social media’s rumors, hearsay and false advertising to dictate the evolution of our times. That’s why using technology for surveillance and the passing of 40,000 laws per year, whether we need them or not, is a huge step towards George Orwell’s dystopia. The point being that our personal freedoms are important as discriminating voters, buyers, advocates to be more than the silent majority. All of these are freedoms that (1984’s) Big Bother takes from the outer party by controlling access to food, jobs, money, books, history, personal relationships, and finally, their life. This is to allow the intellectual FEW to exercise their orthodoxy to gain mind control over the MANY. In 2084 these social freedoms are reinstated by a revolution of values and in 2184 are again taken from the MANY by the FEW.

Though America did not fall into this process in 1984 as Mr. Orwell predicted in his negative dystopia, by 2084, Americana (the western hemisphere) forms a union to compete with the rest of the world’s orthodoxy and for economic control of resources, by moving to a more free enterprise society and by downsizing government and upsizing business enterprise. The problem is in the fight against Socialism (zeitgeist style) and the attacks from outer space terrorists in 2035, 2045, 2055, and finally on September 11, 2081. The following are CNN/FOX News capsulized reports that the electronic grid attacks are by drones and robots from outer space:

CNN/FOX News reports in 2035 The first attack from outer space resulted in 35% of the grid destroyed and took 10 years to rebuild. Leaving 25 million Americans without power for up to 10 hours per day.

CNN/FOX News reports in 2045 another electronic grid attack from outer space disabled 45% of the GPS satellite system that took 20 years to build leaving 100 million Americans without Internet and news 15 hours per day.

CNN/FOX News reports in 2055 another cyber-attack from outer space disabled 45% of the iron dome defense system that took 30 years to build, leaving 368 million Americans without a safety net or catalyst for fighting back.

CNN/FOX News reports January 1, 2081 a new president is elected and takes office, simultaneously the grid system is attacked. Grid X-2 according to NERC and sub grids destroyed on September 11, 2081, leaving 70% of Americana without power in metropolitan areas for months. If this doesn’t stop it will be the end of the World as we know it.

The evolution of progressive politics and socioeconomics in America during the years’ after 1984 created congressional gridlock, social unrest and determination of human values giving rise to a new wing of the Republican Party in 2015 led by Donald Trump businessman extraordinaire. He battles the traditional Republican party and wins the nomination and then the Presidency. Nationally stagnation is destroying America’s economy and job creation. President Obama’s administration orchestrated an increase in laws, regulations and monstrous debt.

Nationally this is destroying America. President Trump’s agenda was to attack the economic and foreign policies of the right and left that have left the USA bankrupt. His administration must confront:

Socio Economic Problems:

19.7 million government workers

$1 trillion dollar annual payroll

$25 trillion dollar annual pension cost

$100 trillion dollar deficit when entitlements and pension accruals are recorded

40,000 laws being passed each year across the country eroding our personal freedoms

300 million guns … one per person

Foreign Policy Problems:

North Korea tests a hydrogen bomb and missile delivery system

Middle East striving to seek personal freedoms

Russia’s emergence as an international leader while America steps back from nation building

China’s emergence as the economic leader in the world

Climate change and population growth take on new priorities

Diseases and declining health worldwide threaten our safety

Religion is being used as a reason for Jihad terrorism and social revolutions for a more Democratic government.

These are serious issues as depicted by the politicians, media and diplomats. But they are very real and pressing problems not just issues. In the following pages solutions are proposed in the context of current and envisioned events evolving over 200 years. George Orwell’s literary visions are used as the starting point and from there, in a news reporting format, I extend his concern that the world will never be at peace due to the Few controlling the Many by power and wealth of the Few.

But using the power of the human spirit and humanity’s need to protect their young the world seeks peace when attacked from outer space. By using interspace quantum physics the world becomes the catalyst for pursuing peace in the cosmos. But the context of peace on earth evolves to a new form of socioeconomic politics in the motherland termed (AEP American Enterprise Party) to AMSOC (Americania Socialism) contrasted to Orwell’s Oceania’s INGSOC (English Socialism) to peace on earth and beyond.

From the start of the twentieth century and exacerbated at the start of the twenty-first century, the American government has pushed private enterprises to the side. Two-party politics, as usual, deal with issues not problems. Peace is not the reason, but is it the protection we need to survive the quantum war being imposed by the hackers? The days of boots on the ground and air attacks by conventional warriors are over. But the zealots continue to dictate the rules of the game in the name of religion and reactionary military action.

Reason minus religion = resolution

This is not an issue

It is the reason we have problems

We do not collectively address

An issue is a disagreement

A problem is not a disagreement

It is in need of a solution

An issue does not demand a solution

It suggests compromise

A problem to be solved demands

Peaceful resolution

Yes this is infallible logic

That talks more to intellect

Than pushing the issue to be politically correct

Only to be tabled

Our lives go far beyond the politics of religion

We must deal with differences of course

But religion is not one we will ever agree on

That’s not a problem it is truly an issue

That should be tabled

So we can effectively and collectively

Deal with worldly problems of

Race relations

Thermonuclear weapons

Peaceful coexistence

Poverty

Aging

Physical disease

Mental disease

Ignorance

Population growth

Environment

World peace

Obviously these are not issues

They are priorities

Not for Politicians

But for those of religion

To come together peacefully

And let the Politicians

Warlords

Military

Dissidents

Bluster about issues

While we the people

Resolve to

Agree that religion isn’t the reason

AMERICA UNDER ATTACK

(Cyber Warfare)

AMERICA UNDER ATTACK

America has been vulnerable to terrorist attacks for years. Nine eleven the worst of course but the most damaging to national security and vitality would be a coordinated attack on the interlocking Grid Systems across the country. While the security of the country is on high alert the Congress is in gridlock regarding alien terrorists, immigration, debt, a 19 trillion-dollar deficit, declining GDP growth, monetary dilution and a lack of patriotism. The serious grid attacks and threats have just begun:

In April 2013, unknown parties used a high-powered rifle to shoot seventeen transformers at a San Jose substation, but only after cutting the fiber optic cables, alerting 911 emergency centers. 

A prescient 2007 report by the National Academy of Sciences foresaw this grid attack, but the report’s release was suppressed by security classification at the Department of Homeland Security. Only recently has the national media begun to cover the San Jose substation attack and its implications for national security.

Most Americans probably don’t know that standards for protection of electric grid facilities against terrorist attack are set not by the federal government, but by an electric power industry consortium located in Atlanta, Georgia—the North American Electric Reliability Corporation or NERC, as it is called by industry insiders. 

NERC had spent years developing a standard for physical protection of transformer substations, but this effort was cancelled after the San Jose attack. For NERC and the electric utilities that control its governance, avoiding regulation looks to be more important than protecting against terrorists.

In November of last year, NERC sponsored its second voluntary GridEx grid security exercise.

Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas and Electric, and other major utilities nationwide simulated cyber and physical attacks on the electric grid. In the make-believe world of GridEx II, Internet service and telecommunications among electric utilities and their control centers worked perfectly throughout the simulated three-day exercise.

In the real world, utilities are dependent on commercial telecommunications equipment with on-site backup power that will be depleted within a Few hours. GridEx II and other industry work-around procedures serve as expedient substitutes for the hard work of developing needed federal grid regulation.

In 1965 and again in 2003, regional blackouts hit the Northeastern United States, causing deaths and severe economic disruption. At the time of the 2003 Northeast Blackout, regulation of electric grid reliability was purely voluntary. 

Constituents pressured Congress to act, but electric utilities, concerned about their bottom lines, resisted formation of a federal regulator. In a compromise with industry, Congress converted a pre-existing trade association, the North American Electric Reliability Council, into a self-regulatory organization with the power to both set and enforce grid standards.

NERC remained a private corporation, governed by the vote of its membership. And as before, its membership consists mostly of private electric utility companies. In fact, seventy percent of NERC members are electric utilities.

One would expect that electric utilities would be reluctant to impose grid protection standards on themselves, especially when those standards might reduce profits and increase liability.

The NERC track record since designation as a self-regulatory organization in 2006 has borne this out. Even the simplest standards take years to develop and approve.

For example, an errant tree branch was one cause of the 2003 Northeast Blackout affecting 50 million people, but NERC took ten years to approve a standard for tree-trimming.

On more complicated standards, such as those for cyber security, NERC inserts technical loopholes and questionable self-exemptions. For example, a 2011 NERC survey found that three-quarters of large electric generation plants—those with capacity over 300 megawatts—exempted themselves from cyber security standards. The current tenuous cyber-protection standards took forty-three months to write and approve.

In 2012, the persistent authors of the initially classified National Academy of Sciences report, Terrorism and the Electric Power Delivery System, succeeded in obtaining its declassification. Page 1 states: A terrorist attack on the power system would lack the dramatic impact of the attacks in New York, Madrid, or London.…But if it were carried out in a carefully planned way, by people who knew what they were doing, it could deny large regions of the country access to bulk system power for weeks or even months.

California is the heart of America’s high-tech industry, filled with data centers that need highly reliable grid power. Local businesses and homes cannot tolerate an electricity transmission system vulnerable to outages lasting weeks or months.

Last April’s transformer substation attack in San Jose demonstrates that terrorist threats to the grid are real and that voluntary standards are insufficient.

Californians and the entire country need a federal regulator that will mandate electric grid security, not a private consortium controlled by the interests of its electric utility members.
