About this ebook

This is a historical, nonfiction, true story and addresses necessary changes that must be implemented, maintained, and enforced in worldwide healthcare provider professional training programs and hospitals. The book exposes abuses and enslavement policies and attitudes in health care training programs and hospital administrations worldwide and offers simple and genius remedies to eradicate these deleterious policies and slave owner attitudes of hospital administrators. The book lays out a realistic pathway, achievable goals, and a potential glorious and auspicious destiny of worldwide improvement in the care of hospitalized patients, physicians morale, respect, and dignity, maintenance and perseverance of eternal zenith patient care and ethical and moral hospital administrations and individual hospital administrators behavior and policies in this generation and all future generations.

The book elucidates essential key strategies to restore power, influence, dignity, and respect (all have been stripped from "physician slaves" by malevolent "administrator slave owners"), back to their rightful owners (and rightfully so, based on their education and training in the direct care of patients), who are those individual and independent contractor physician specialists (who admirably sacrifice their healthy sleep and rest time to compassionately care for the emergent needs of hospitalized patients at all inconvenient hours of the day and night in addition to their full-time weekly, busy work schedule, caring for their outpatient office practice patients). Dignity, respect and balance of power must be restored to independent physicians and other healthcare provider personnel throughout the world to emancipate these current "slaves" from their current "slave owners" and the current "slave owner system." Emancipated "slaves" must then continue to be guided by ethical and moral singularity of purpose and intent, and be organized, supported, and defended by "pro-independent healthcare providers" powerful unions.

Independent and emancipated healthcare providers will then be empowered and powerfully defended and willing and capable to continue the fight and battle for their new freedom, respect and dignity, each generation, against the ever-present threat of re-enslavement of independent healthcare providers by hospital administrators who may (and often) only have unethical, selfish fiscal, or "avoid litigation" goals instead of more highly admirable and desired intentions and goals of ethical and moral behavior, respecting physician independence, judgement and balance of power (versus hospital administrator's maleficent goals and aspirations), ultimately achieving the desired outcome and goal of realizing zenith patient care worldwide, all stemming from the long overdue emancipation of current "Physician Slaves" from their current hospital "Adminis-Traitors" or "Slave Owners" that has persisted for centuries, but now can and must be abolished, via enlightenment that inspires individuals to unite and act now on the recommendations in this book, adhering to the gestalt and paradigm shift brilliantly (proscribed by current and past "slave owners") prescribed by this book's dynamic author.

Modern-Day Slave Trade in the 21st Century: Why Physicians Must Unite & Agree to Commence A Revolution, Achieve & Restore Balance of Power, Physician Independence & Freedoms Relinquished Centuries Ago, By Defeating Slave Owner Corporate Hospital AdminisTraitors Whilst Concomitantly Effecting & Facilitating: Abolition of Slave Trade Practices, Physicians Emancipation, Restoral of Dignity & Respect For Individual Physicians And Zenith Patient Care

    Introduction

The Battle That Individual, Independent Physicians & Physicians-in-Training Must Wage Against Hospital AdminisTraitors (Administrators) That Have, For Over 200 Years, Stripped Freedom, Human Dignity, Basic Human Rights & The Voice of Individuals From Their Slaves & The Call to Unite, Unionize, Consolidate Collective Power & Influence Together For Victorious, Glorious Emancipation, Now & Forever.

Entrenched Taxation Without Representation Mentality & Dark, Dastardly Underpinnings Perpetuating Slavery-like Practices in the Medical Professional Training System Worldwide Include: No Regard or Intent For Equal Representation & No Assumption of Innocence Until Proven Guilty (e.g., Justice), No Respect For Human Dignity & No Options or Avenues For Reporting Leadership Abuse Without Consequential Retribution &/OR Loss of Training Opportunity. Without Restoration of Physician / Hospital Administrators Balance of Powers, These Current Malevolent Policies And Tyrant Attitudes Of Hospital AdminisTraitors (a.k.a., Slave Owners) Will Continue To Suppress, Torment & Torture Individual Physicians & Physicians-In-Training, As Has Been The Case For The Past Two Centuries. Only By Standing United, Establishing Physician Advocate Union(s), Will Independent Contractor Physicians & Physicians-In-Training Ever Be Able Maintain Constitutional Rights & Freedoms Which Are Currently Nonexistent In The Isolated Galaxies &/or Microcosms Known As Medical Training Hospitals & Current Hospitals Administrations And Their Subservient, Sycophant AdminisTraitors Who Are Neither Advocates For Nor Loyal To Individual Physicians & Physicians-In-Training.

Physician-Owned & Physician-Defending Union(s) Are Now Essential If The Fierce Battle For The Emancipation of Modern-Day Slaves Is To Be Fought & Won. Freedom (of speech & in general, per the United States Constitution), Justice & Respect For Slaves (e.g., Medical Professionals in Training and Independent Contractor Physicians Working In Hospitals) Can Only Be Achieved With The Defeat Of Hospital Administrations (e.g., Slave Owner Plantations With Sycophant [Anti-Slave, Anti-Physician] Hospital AdminisTraitors Who Are Constantly Falsely Attacking Physicians Without Due Process And Covering Up Sinister Behavior & Harmful Actions of Hospital Employees, Akin To A Brutal Slave Owner Abusing A Slave Without Reason or Justification But Rather At The Whim Of The Slave Owner’s Dark Disposition or Bad Attitude That Day), Emancipation of Physician Slaves Worldwide, Ultimately Resulting In, Now and in the Future, Free & Satisfied Physicians, Restoration of Balance of Powers, And Highest Level of Patient Care.

    Chapter One

Dark Dastardly Non-Evolution of Medical Training & Origin of Species: Monstrous & Demeaning Rules & Regulations That Subvert Humanity, Abandon Christian Morals & Ethics of Bible, Take Hostage Physician Freedom of Speech, Equality & Justice For All in Medical Training And Independent Physicians Working As Slaves For Hospital Administrators Worldwide

Lisa, as a young child, was prodigy in multiple areas of expertise, academically and others. She was considered, by definition and payments received for her musical performances, a professional musician while a grammar school student. She was the first student from her class selected for the "Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program. She excelled in most if not all endeavors she pursued. Lisa graduated with top honors from grammar school, high school, university, medical school, Ivy League postdoctoral eye surgery residency medical training program and postdoctoral fellowship subspecialty training and became an established expert physician within her specific subspecialty field of expertise.

Lisa, for the first 2/3 (a guess at most) of her life, was never a fan of worker or employee unions or a detractor or critic of unions and their role in defending and protecting the freedom and rights of their constituents and members.

After many years of experience and manipulative experiences whereby bad actors in the medical field not only fail to admit their mistakes and acts of misconduct, but go further to hide or deflect or reflect / project their misconduct on innocent bystanders or colleagues to hide or cover-up their misconduct, Lisa now admits that she sees the essential and all-important role that unions, if conducted with ethical intent and led by physician-friendly advocates, may play in the defeat of, perhaps, longest surviving instance of modern-day (medical trainees & independent physicians in practice) slavery, defined as follows in the paragraph below:

Hospital Training Programs & Administrators (aka The Slave Owners) versus Physicians-in-Training & Independent Contractor Physician Specialists and Subspecialist Who Support Hospitals By Providing On-Call Emergency Care and Inpatient Emergency Care Yet Are Treated As Powerless (and Lawyerless) Slaves Who Cannot And Will Not Defend Themselves By Creating New Physician-Friendly And Supportive Special Unions That Will Battle & Defeat Hospital Administrators Perpetuation, For Over 100+ Years, Of Medical Slave Trading, Intimidation, Incarceration & Unjust Punishment & Abuse. A Battle Must Be Fought Via Physician Unification & Creation of Powerful, New Physician Unions That: 1) Elect & Appoint Representatives in Hospital Administrations Whose Sole Purpose Is To Represent Independent Contractor Physicians (Non-Salaried Physicians Who Are Not Employed By Hospitals) & 2) Elect All Subspecialty Department Heads (True Leaders and Strong Physician Advocates Capable of Leading Battles Against Hospital Administrators When Necessary & Indicated to Support And Defend The Physicians Who Elected Them; These Leaders Cannot And Must Note Be Chosen & Paid Incentives By Hospital Administrators Thereby Enslaving Them) Leading to Permanent And Final Emancipation (Freeing the Slaves) of Physicians-in-training And Independent Contractor Hospital Physicians, Who May Then Engage In Regular and Free Constructive Criticism of Misguided Hospital Policies or Actions or Nefarious Hospital Employee Actions or Acts of Malpractice Without Fear of Unjust Retribution by Hospital Administrators, Because These Physicians Will Be Protected and Supported by Unions With Robust and Top Legal Minds Who Expertise Is Focused on Justice in The Defense Of Honest, Ethical And Hard-Working, Brilliant Young Physicians-In-Training And Older Independent Contractor Specialist And Subspecialist Physicians Supporting On-Call Services & Inpatient Emergency Care Services And Consultation Exam Requests.
