    Chapter One

My name is Epona, and I am the fairy Queen Goddess and protector of the environment and nature spirits. I oversee all in the lands of Thera, Ria, Tewar and Erif. Today is a special day, as you will now embark on an extraordinary journey.

Welcome to Sidhe, the country of elementals. It has four lands Erif, Tewar, Ria and Thera. Us elementals are varied and have different kinds of work to do to assist the Earth and Mother Giaa in keeping this planet’s beauty and balance.

This is becoming harder due to mankind taking constantly from the planet and changing its natural beauty and growth through necessity and greed. On letting you into our parallel dimension, the magic of the Heddre flower has opened the gates between yours and our land.

How did this all start? Well, a long time ago, Mother Giaa, the goddess of the Earth, had a son, Peony, who was a bad child and always wanted more, he heard that his mother had a dragon called Python and that it guarded and lived at a sacred cave beside the Castalian springs. It was said that the dragon protected the Navel of mother Earth as it held a powerful religious stone that had connections to the Holy Grail and the sword in the stone. Its power was direct communication to the Earth spirits and it also saw into the future.

Peony wanted more power, so he devised and carried out a plan to slay the dragon Python and took the stone and used this for his own selfishness and greed. Mother Giaa had no choice but to banish her son into the land of Erif of fire and darkness and to live there for evermore. She also had another son. Kronus, who looked up to Peony, his brother, and banished him as she saw that Kronus was going the same way as his brother and becoming his slave, carrying out whatever his brother desired. Since that day, Peony spread that greed into mankind and then greed, selfishness and power became more apparent, taking more and more from the world. So now it’s time for you to hear an amazing story of two Earth fairies who had to undertake a mission to help the planet get rebalanced or its destruction would come about.

I am now going to let you see into the world of elementals by telling you the story of these two fairies and the mission they had to undertake.

To open this world to you, I need to first spread the magic of the Heddre flower and say a special version of lyrics for the veils of this dimension to open for you to enter.

Heddre flower so fair spread your magic that you allow the elemental dimension for humans to see. Grant this wish for the story to unfold, and that knowledge and wisdom is foretold. The veils of sight are now released for you to see and experience the Keys of Sidhe.

Suddenly, the veils pulled aside and then Epona said, Welcome, this is Anoval, a beautiful valley of emerald green with streams and a beautiful waterfall flowing from Stauralite Mountain. Trees laden with blossoms, with green moss growing up the trunks to camouflage the flower fairies that reside with the plants, insects, birds and in the hills and mountains where the Trolls and Gnomes exist.

Thera is a land where most fairies work on the plants and keep them healthy to generate beauty, scents and colour, where these floras, shrubberies and vegetation are kept, generating more seeds to blow across the lands to rebirth and plant. The essence of each is kept pure so that their properties will be used for medicinal purposes. Thera is the Element of Earth and requires colour and abundance of its life forms to keep the Earth balanced with all roots, foliage and undergrowth to flourish continually every day. Thera is like a gigantic rainbow, where its colours spark radiance of happiness and joy to all who live there and across the sky.

The trees’ movements are shaped by the wind, Boreas; he freezes and blows gently away negativity along the ley lines and can bring in snow, ice and gales across the land. The roots and leaves form patterns around the tree trunks on the ground created by the wind and sunlight. The heat warms the hearts of all the trees and the roots; they grow up through the ground, making maze-like patterns in the Earth.

The fairies that live here are very small, the majority are golden brown or dark green in colour so that they can blend into nature easily but there are other fairies of various shades that camouflage them on the flowers their working with. Their work is very hard, dealing with the wellbeing of all plants but lose patience with humans for their foolishness and careless treatment of mother Earth.

Flower fairies are the peaceful spirits of the Earth and are passionate about natural beauty and luxury. They befriend those who stay away from greedy and selfish people. Elementals are whimsical, wilful and beautiful. They love colourful rocks in their natural state but will also cut stones to show off their inner beauty. They also love wine and sweets and if mankind leaves them where wildflowers grow, this act of kindness make them do a blessing on the Earth.

There are others that live in the elemental dimension as well; trolls are intelligent and associated with an Earth element. They are tough and ugly to look at but have the power to regenerate. They will eat anything and live in mountain ranges.

Gnomes rarely meet man and have the most knowledge on them, they are seven times stronger than man and look after animals and are the best jewellers in existence as they love gems.

To maintain the beauty and natural state of the world, all these natural beings work together to ensure the wellbeing of the planet we all live in. Anoval valley holds a sacred crystal that was formed from the tears of all fairies when Jesus died in the shape of a Cross and is held and protected in Stauralite Mountain.

Today in Thera is a special day in the valley as a wedding is to take place and all in Anoval is to attend. This is exciting as Queen Anemone’s daughter, Camelia, is to marry Delphin, the Prince of Tewar, who overlooks the dolphins and maintains their safety, knowledge and wisdom.

Many important people are attending here to name a few, the north wind, Boreas, will blow away any negativity around the prince and princess and their home and the ley lines that run beneath. Darldaggon, the gold dragon is to bequeath wealth and gold to the special couple. The king of trees, Duir, with his queen, Holly, can grant access to other worlds and mother Giaa.

Inside the palace, Princess Camelia, with the help of other female elementals, plucked shimming white blossoms in the early morning light to make a Queen Anne’s lace silver threaded wedding dress and veil for the princess to wear at the ceremony. When finished, they placed it on her and it shone and sparkled in the sunlight, radiating her beauty and elegance to all who looked at her.

The Fairy homes in the trees and bushes are decorated with the blossoms of apple, cherry, and pears for the festivities. The fairy’s favourite flowers of sunflower, honeysuckle, fern leaf, yarrow, summer lilac, red valerian, daisies, cosmos, rosemary, thyme, purple coneflower, pin cushion, scabiosa, french lavender and heliotrope made their clothing for the party. Hats and gloves were made from pansies, snapdragons, blue columbine and foxglove, ensuring plenty of colours were created for the occasion.

Food was in great supply of Pixie Pears, Mallow fruits, and love sweet morsels of spice, saffron, honey cakes, honey milk and sweet butter. Music was from the hummingbirds, bees, pipes and drums made from acorns and bamboo. Sesky squirrel and her family, with others, ran and jumped between the trees, laughing and giggling, trying to find a good spot to see the ceremony.

Laughter, merriment, and singing were heard by all and the wedding was one great big party. The gathering was in full swing from early morning to dusk and all enjoyed the high spirits of the wedding. Everyone had a good time as all were happy with their friends and families on this joyous occasion, dancing, singing with happiness and joy during the evening festivities. This merriment had not been seen for a long time under the shimmering Staurolite Mountain with the moon raised fully in the night sky.

As nightfall fell on the valley, unbeknown to the guests, another gathering was taking place after the ceremony. Queen Anemone, her daughter and her husband were summoned to a meeting with the universal fairy, Sirianna from Sirius, the wizard Relmin and Mother Giaa. They were to meet in the palace hall when the festivities finished.

Sirianna congratulated and thanked them for coming after their wedding and informed them that an important mission must take place. It was vitally important that this was undertaken as it was to safeguard this Earth as much had been taken from it over the centuries through greed and destruction. The queen wanted to know why this had to be achieved; Relmin, the wizard, explained that Peony had made man selfish, negative and bestowed greed on them which made them deplete the planet for their own gains of money and power but eventually all the supplies that are being stripped from this wonderous world will completely run out, killing the planet slowly as more and more is taken from it as well as the catastrophic bombs they made that have polluted the seas and air.

What can be done to stop this? Asked Princess Camellia.

Mother Giaa stepped forward and explained that there are eight crystal keys that can be placed in the Earth’s central grid to reactivate the planet’s resources, as well as realign and balance. This procedure can only be done once, and after that, if man continues to exploit the sources available to them, then the world will dry out and become a desiccated place where man can no longer live or reside as the Earth would become uninhabitable.

Sirianna spoke of one fairy that was destined to do this from birth. He is called Cosmos and his name means ‘a balanced universe’. We must ask him to do this for us, with the help of another; he is called Calluna, who can go with him. The meaning of his name is ‘for cleaning the system’. The two, working together, can make the journey to retrieve the eight crystals and place them at the central grid. This can be achieved and it is vital that this ceremony takes place to give the people of this planet one last chance to save the world in which they live. Mother Giaa will wait for them to arrive and proceed with the magic keys to do their function at the centre of the Earth’s core, with the assistance of the unicorn chakra herd and the dragons of the north, south, east and west. The sun is now rising, and we need to liaise with these two fairies of what we would like them to do, so Relmin, will you please fetch them and bring them to us at the palace?

Relmin walked through the village looking for Cosmos’ home; on reaching it, he knocked on the door, turned and saw Calluna walk up to Cosmos’ house and said to him, perfect timing, and asked him to fetch Cosmos to the Palace as the queen wishes to see you both. I will meet you there. Calluna asked if everything was OK and Relmin told him it was nothing to worry about and just do as I ask. He watched Relmin walk away and then entered Cosmos’ home.

Cosmos was a handsome fairy, clothed in yellow petals with a green hat with beautiful golden yellow wings. Calluna was dressed in mauve petals, with a white hat and light purple wings; he explained that they were to report to the queen at the palace for a meeting. Cosmos looked confused, as did Calluna, as to why they were being summoned, but made their way post haste as they did not want to get into any trouble.

The two were led inside the queen’s home and taken to the Acorn throne in the palace hall where the queen, princess, prince and Relmin were seated; standing by them was the universal fairy, Sirianna and Mother Giaa.

Cosmos and Calluna bowed to the dignitaries and waited with bated breath to know why they had been summoned. Sirianna stepped forward; she wore a pale blue shimmering dress that sparkled in the light, it looked like she was wearing a dress of small stars, she had a beautiful soft face with a gentle smile. Gliding over to them, she thanked them for coming. You are wondering why we wanted to see you both? I will now explain. Cosmos and Calluna, you have been chosen to undertake an important mission that is crucial to the survival of Earth. Both looked confused and asked, why them as they were just ordinary fairies going about their everyday work.

Sirianna explained the meaning of their names and that this was their destiny and life purpose for the highest and greatest good, not only for the elemental
