Paul Keller (1873-1932) war ein deutscher Schriftsteller und Publizist. Keller gehörte zu den meistgelesenen Autoren in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die Sprache und Gestaltung von Kellers Werken ist ausgesprochen gemütvoll und zielt auf das Gefühl des Lesers ab. Aus dem Buch: "Stefensons Hochzeit fand am späten Nachmittag des ersten Christfeiertages in aller Stille in der Waltersburger Kirche statt. Nur Evas Vater und ich waren als Trauzeugen gegenwärtig. Wir waren nicht über den Marktplatz, sondern auf einem Umweg nach der Kirche gefahren. So war das von Methusalem angeordnet worden. Auf demselben Wege, den wir gekommen, mußten wir auch wieder nach Hause fahren. Ich merkte, daß Stefenson verwundert war."
