    Part 1

    Mastery of Mind and Truth

    Chapter 1

    Attaining Your Desired Realities

There are many books on specific how to methods to achieve the dreams and desires that your heart yearns for. Once all the books are marked, read, and shelved, the words remain as knowledge for your wielding with hopes of them being implemented. You’ve gained concepts, even actionable steps on what to do but often times not the deeper understanding for how to wield them within you as a being of masterfully intentional design. The directions of this particular book are the means for you to wield all of those different potential pieces of knowledge with powerful design.

Your dreams are the yearning that every human on this planet desires. In whichever way your dreams may manifest whether financial, health, relationships, business, experiences… the mastery of such disciplines is incomplete with only the tools. The true ability of a person is not their tools of knowledge but in fact their ability to masterfully wield a tool at all. Knowledge is useful but only to the degree applied.

There are two things which are missing from the approaches of many modern self-improvement teachings. The first is an understanding of the deep psychological and internal processes of the intangible mind required to wield any kind of specialized knowledge with mastery. By intangible I mean that, although knowledge of the physical and conscious mind are important, diving deep to help you to see the root of your unconscious self in thoughts, reactions, emotions, and body synergy are a priority for mastery.

Second is the dynamic relationship between the mind and your true authentic desires in a way that facilitates the feeling of freedom and fulfillment during creation toward abundance instead of regret because of the method in which you approached them. This book is designed toward understanding the dynamics required to achieve fulfillment and wealth within your health, relationships, and finances along with direct specialized knowledge within each that you can apply using your new understanding of a masterful mind. All I ask is that you more than read this book, but you take action on the prompted exercises to understand through personal experience your own masterful mind.

    Following the steps outlined in this book are simple but not necessarily easy. The thing that will most get in your way is either your own self sabotage of the untrained mind which is always based in egoic fear, and/or, a lack of understanding for how to do or approach one of the steps along the path. Lucky for you the following two things are true;

    1. Fear and ego are possible to overcome. I will show you how.

    2. I will outline all the understanding needed in every step of this book so you are well prepared to act even when faced with uncertainty and fear.

I will give you both the understanding and the action which are the primary things objectively required to create. I say objectively create because what gets in the way of creating success is your subjectiveness which is what creates fear and unconsciousness when living within and for false illusions. Subjectiveness is also where meaning and beauty are found. In this book, we will distinguish between fearful subjectivity and empowering subjectivity. Here exists the difference between living for false illusions and living in your truth.

The path to what we desire is a straight line from A to B but we as people end up winding and veering off path because of excuses, fears, limiting beliefs, playing small, lack of discipline, neural wiring, lack of control, hormonal dependency, stimuli, etcetera. Keep in mind that we are not necessarily trying to avoid this winding just be more intentional within it and refine it since it is only when we are lost within the winding that we truly find ourselves. Clarity on the path and specifically on the truth of our true desire’s path is not easy but it can be simple.

That is why we will objectively be watching ourselves throughout this book. Subjectivity lives in your mind and is navigated using emotional control, self-awareness, and self-worth. Show up in the world with a low level in all three of these areas and you will subjectively self-sabotage instead of subjectively see meaning and thus create opportunity for all objectively straight forward things. Developing your mindset’s ability to see with clarity and project with focus is the first major step to any and all manifestable achievement and fulfillment.

    Chapter 2

    Components of Mindset

A lack of emotional control is one of the greatest challenges of our world. In order to understand the truth of ourselves within, we must let go of the false self-sabotage we perpetuate and the ways in which we do.

Let’s look at the 7 deadly sins as reference starting point, not as a religious one. They can all be simplified down to a lack of emotional control. Think about that… If you indulge in your emotional reactiveness then you will exhibit at least one if not multiple forms of the 7 deadly sins. You are also not limited to exhibiting just the standard 7 but even more. Thousands more of self-destructive behaviors many of which you don’t even know you are reacting from and inhibiting onto yourself. What I am making here is not a religious point of sins but only a logical one. Performing one of the 7 deadly sins is not bad because religion says it is. It is simply not in your best interest to participate in them because you are not living your most empowered state of authentic truth free to create your life but actually in a state of reactiveness to a lack of body control and to external environment. Nobody enjoys sloth, they prefer truth. Nobody enjoys anger, they prefer truth. Nobody enjoys needing to lust and hurting others, they prefer truth.

In these emotionally reactive state a person is living in their personal hell of self-sabotage that although may sometimes feel good in the moment, creates a cycle of reactive disempowerment. This cycle of dopamine pleasure and pain will strip you of your power for intentionality, truth, and fulfillment leaving you reactive to things like self-sabotaging dopamine, reactive fear, and reactive emotions. All of it put in simple terms - powerlessness.

For example, anger (aka wrath) is a state of personal hell. In this state you are clouded by your emotional triggered state so much that you cannot see the futility and the damage of your anger to others and to yourself as you live blinded in the fury and pain of those emotions. You may feel it as an illusory truth to honor this emotion as it slowly fills your attention and trains your mind to repeatedly see with rage when in fact the real truth is much more subtle, deep within you. The true desire may actually be the deeper aspect of a self that wishes to redeem love toward self or another person. The unknowingness of this creates frustration which for some may cause anger, others lust to sexually connect, and others sadness and sloth. But if the deeper truth were known and seen, now we could have more power to honor said truth instead of choosing anger out of non-awareness. It takes stillness and silence free of pain based emotional reaction, to be able to listen to this deeper truth calling out to you from within. If not, what happens to most is they become more and more reactive to their personal rage against others, themselves, and the world so much so that they cannot see beyond their anger into a world of greater possibility and creation living in their truth. The mind is filled with rage and thus rage becomes more the focus of a life in which you see all the reasons why rage is the answer you unconsciously adhere to. No room in the mind to focus on imagination, reflection, empowerment, fulfillment nor peace.

Suppressing all of your own greatness in anger while also feeling suppressed by the world only fuels the outward resentment as you believe that you are being neglected from your desires for peace and happiness as victim of this world when in fact, the accurate truth is that; we are all victim to our reactions to the world. Under this philosophy, although at times scary to hold, you are now in control of your own outcomes because only you control your reactions (or don’t control). It only depends on if you act in what feels true in the reactive moment, or if you know the greatest truth out of stillness and awareness.

Reactively responding to what feels true when triggered unconsciously only builds resentment from not being in the power of our own lives further fueling the rage or other sin since it is the trained reaction the body has given into time and time again. Forever stuck in the loop of rage. Return to the last two paragraphs and switch the word anger for another sin: lust, sloth, gambling, lying, spite, jealousy, addiction…

    UNDERSTANDING REACTIVE PERPETUATION

Let’s take a specific look at one of many applied examples in which sins tend to compound on each other. We will understand via laziness (sloth) and also at some of the resulting unrestrained indulgences (lust and greed) that might go hand in hand.

When in sloth, a person may be living defeated by the sadness and/or demotivation which may be triggered by an emotional reaction or emotional training (specific reasons unspecified for now). If I seem insensitive to the empathetic souls out there, please bear with me without defending or justifying the emotional reaction as this explanation is only a fundamental understanding of what we must become aware of if we are ever to take ownership over its intention and thus enter alignment with actions that are based in truth and fulfillment.

Emotionally reactive lows like sloth are often driven by living for and longing for the emotional highs of life due to excessive dopamine conditioning which has made us dependent on the highs of our short-term gratification world. When these highs are no longer present in a certain instant or not high enough to sustain the gravity of the low, the natural baseline reaction is to experience a knee jerk reaction sometimes anger sometimes sloth, sometimes lust, etc.

This is greatly exemplified in a wide and commonly performed study of addiction on an animal test subject’s brain using something as simple as sugar. Subjects are given high levels of sugar consistently thus experiencing high dopamine and after reducing the sugar intake, researchers found that lower levels produced withdrawal and depression. These results were later measured in the brain to find that dopamine centers struggled to light up at these lower levels after being used in highs concentrations. Essentially the body had become addicted which sent it into a spiral of needing to indulge in fast high pleasure regardless of the cost in order to feel the aliveness of motivation that dopamine gives. This is the same subconscious wiring that leads a person into the spiral of self-destructive sin regardless of the cost or detriment to self and others. It may feel right to have to do and need it, but that doesn’t make it your truth. We wire high dopamine in these ways with food, with our phones, technology, with people, and toxic relationships to all things and substances we depend on to feel filled good enough and filled of the void for now. The secret again is self-restrain to then over time rewire the unconscious mind aka the body.

The lack of stimulus to dopamine then further causes us to react by crashing to lows of sloth or another sin in order to receive our sense of motivation which further strips us of our self-restraint to defend against what feels like the need to indulge in the excessive highs within other sins to fill the emptiness of the original low we felt. We seek refuge in a sin to cure us of the ill effects of withdrawal within a different sin. Once the high is gone, we will once again feel the low. Just as a heroin addict may need more of the high to fill the deeper lows that the high has created in their life, it is a vicious cycle that gradually and firmly implants itself into many lives over the course of many years and so equally requires some time and intention of positive reconditioning to functionally re-wire. This rewiring is simple but difficult in that overcoming the ego self which justifies can be hard when you feel it so much. That is until you train the muscle of restraint, will, and self-transcendence.

When re-wiring no matter what emotional baseline you may have, I want you to be patient with yourself because we may have a tendency to self-blame for the lows we have put ourselves into because of the highs we have given into. The thing is that highs are something we are put into this world with and we do not become aware of this predicament until after we have been trained to be addicted and after the awareness that comes with maturity.

You did not do this to yourself. You existed in a world with this already in place trained into you by those addicted before you. Everyone goes through it and today as well as every day, everyone has the opportunity to see the highs that keep us down and begin to say no for the sake of taking our power back. In very simple and new age terms, I am asking for a stillness and restraint which inherently implies within it a dopamine detox. Not just for a day or a month but as a part of your daily routine. By the end of the book, you will understand how to do this, what powers you will unlock in doing so, and how to direct those powers into the realities you desire which would be the bulk of this book.

Say no to all the things that keep you down. No to all the addictions, crutches, and justifications that you may use for comfort but in fact weigh you down because they are not what you actually want. You know what those things are. Begin to let them go. This book will help.

Only once you’ve said no to all that is not

can you say yes to all that can be.

The answer is to simply feel what is good and true for you in this present moment. Most of the time, this truth
