Foreword
Rewriting Indian History is hotly debated in India now. It is a matter that is welcomed by all the patriotic people of the country. Even after 75 years of Indian Independence, students are prescribed Pro- British rule matter that was written by the British rulers. The local history is completely absent. Historical period starts only from Sixth Century BCE whereas all other ancient cultures begin at least from 3000 BCE. Though we have older materials than that in the Vedas and Puranas they were rejected as fiction. It is high time we write the facts from our own materials and reject the 200-year-old stuff. All other countries have already done it. Even famous encyclopaedias have very little about South Indian history because we our selves have relegated it to back in spite of 100, 000 inscriptions. We must use all the historical materials available in Vedas, Itihasas and Puranas.
Manu Smriti said the Vedas are the root of Dharma.
वेदोऽखिलो धर्ममूलं स्मृतिशीले च तद्विदाम् ।
आचारश्चैव साधूनामात्मनस्तुष्टिरेव च ॥1-6॥
The entire Veda is the root-source of Dharma; also the Conscientious Recollection of righteous persons versed in the Veda, the Practice of Good (and learned) Men, and their self-satisfaction. - (1-6 Manu)
I would like to change it slightly. Veda is the root source of Indian History, Culture and Scientific thought. If one reads Vedas with an open mind one would come to the same conclusion. The verses on cosmology show that the seers had scientific approach. The hymn on Earth, hymn on herbs, hymn on rivers and hymn on historical kings show that the Vedas are the source of many subjects. Even the Vedic Index prepared by foreigners reveal the vast subjects touched by the Vedic seers. And what we have today as Vedas, is only a remnant of vast literature. I have dealt with historical matters in the Vedas only in this book. Science and medical matters are dealt with separately. Since I have written these over 11-year period in my blogs, there may be some repetitions. I have given the original dates of publication of my posts and their serial numbers in the book. Hope you enjoy reading it. Your comments are most welcome.

1.Indian History: Vivekananda’s Advice!
Swami Vivekananda has given a very good advice to Indian students regarding the study of History:
"Study Sanskrit, but along with it study western sciences as well. Learn accuracy, my boys, study and labour so that the time will come when you can put our history on a scientific basis. For now Indian history is disorganised.
"The histories of our country written by English writers cannot but be weakening to our minds, for, they talk only of our downfall.
"How can foreigners, who understand very little of our manners and customs, or of our religion and philosophy, write faithful and unbiased histories of India? Naturally many false notions and wrong inferences have found their way into them. Nevertheless they have shown us how to proceed making researches into our ancient history.
"Now it is for us to strike out an independent path of historical research for ourselves, to study the Vedas and Puranas and the ancient annals (Itihasa) of India, and from them make it your life’s ‘sadhana’(disciplined endeavour) to write accurate, sympathetic and soul inspiring histories of the land. It is for Indians to write Indian history.
"Therefore set yourselves to the task of rescuing our lost and hidden treasures from oblivion. Even as one’s child has been lost does not rest until one has found it, so do you never cease labour until you have received the glorious past of India in the consciousness of the people. That will be the true national education, and with its advancement a true national spirit will be awakened.
When the real history of India will be unearthed, it will be proved that, as in matters of religion, so in fine arts and sciences, India is the Primal Guru of the whole world

2.Biggest Brainwash in the World!
Who ruled India from Indus Valley for 800 or 900 years?
No information in our History books!
Who ruled India from 1700 BC to 600 BC?
No information in our History books!!
Indian king list starts from Buddha’s (600 BC) time only. Why?
Indian History books were written by the British when they ruled India. We are following the same old syllabus till this day! All other country books written by them have been completely revised or completely dumped. Sumerian, Egyptian and Greek history have been updated with latest discoveries. Even though contradictions and overlapping were there in different Kings’lists found in different places they have been reconciled. But the world’s biggest wonder is no Indian scholar raised any question about the big blunders or the big gaps in Indian history.
Google for any ancient country’s king lists you will get some names from 3000 BC. Google for Indian king list (except Wikipedia) you will get only from Buddha’s time. What is the question that should have come to our mind?
Sir,
You say that Indus Valley Civilisation existed between 2500 BC and 1700 BC. Who were the kings that ruled India from Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa? Like Tamil Nadu had three main kingdoms and several small kingdoms simultaneously Indus also might have had several kingdoms. Who were they? For 800 years, a minimum of 45 kings for one region alone must be there. If there were kings ruling different parts, then there must be at least 150 kings. In ancient Tamil Nadu we had two Chola kings, two Chera kings and two Pandya kings ruling at the same time. In the north, we had hundreds of kings ruling simultaneously.
If Nandha dynasty started in the fifth century BC, what happened for 1200 years before them? Another 60 to 80 kings must have ruled from one capital city alone. Ancient India had at least 16 Janapadas or 56 Desams. Thousands of kings must have ruled before Buddha’s period. Mahabharata and Tamil Sangam anthology ‘Purananuru’compare the number of kings in the world (India) to ‘stars in the sky’or
