Author

Roger F Cram

Roger Cram was employed by Hiram College for thirty years teaching at other local colleges as well. During this time, he extensively researched the values and methodologies used by eighty world heroes of peace. Cram discovered a common and unified methodology among all these heroes revealing how they embraced obstacles as opportunities for growth, utilized fear to show courage, protected and maintain the dignity of their adversaries, crusaded compassionately for those unable to speak for themselves, and celebrated diversity for the enrichment of mankind. Cram, a former police chief, photographer, FAA flight instructor, and college professor, is now a motivational speaker offering the inspiring results of his research on heroic values. He presented his research as the opening speaker for the Rotary International World-Peace Conference held in Windsor, Ontario. Cram's organization SSSSH encourages anonymous good deeds for total strangers through a secret network of over 50,000 world-wide members comprising all fifty states and over twenty countries. Cram has coined the term "Ego-Free Compassion" for anonymous giving and encourages us all to compassionately participate in SSSSH. Cram has appeared on Cleveland's Channel 5 and Channel 8 News regarding his anonymous giving organization SSSSH as well as CNN News, Cleveland Magazine, Good Morning America, USA Today, and People Magazine. The Discovery Channel presented a thirty-minute holiday special on SSSSH filmed in Northeastern, Ohio. This inspiring program won the film award for excellence at the International Banff Film Festival in Alberta, Canada. Cram holds of bachelor of arts degree from Hiram College in Business Management, an M.B.A. (Masters of Business Administration) from Kent State University, is a certified instructor for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a commercial pilot flight instructor's license (single and multiengine plus instrument), and a certified driving instructor for the State of Ohio.
