    I'm getting a little tired of it. The same thing over and over again, said Paul in a loud, angry voice.

    On the other line, Paul's sister listened in silence and was at the same time very thoughtful about her brother who had been so unbalanced for a long time.

    Well, okay. That's the way it is. We'll talk about the weekend together. See you later Rosie, and hung up.

    Paul looked at his exclusive Rolex, which he had bought 2 years ago, and briefly went through his daily routine in his head to see if he could still do some exercises.

    In any case, he could switch off a little bit from work and be out in the fresh air for at least an hour.

    Quickly he put on his jersey and cycling shorts and put the mountain bike over his shoulder. As he closed the door behind him and sat on the saddle, he thought ‘Let's get out of here’.

    He pedalled as fast as he could and was going 25 m/h on his bike. As it had rained heavily the day before, the ground was still a bit damp and muddy. The tires of the bike therefore buried themselves slightly and it sprayed plenty of mud in all directions. Riding was therefore much more strenuous, but just what Paul needed now. He dedicated all his energy and attention to riding his bike at the same time he had to or could let his mind stop thinking for a while.

    It must have been two weeks since he had last ridden a bike. Work had been very demanding in the last few months, partly so much so that he even refrained from exercising, although exercising has actually always been sacred to him and his way of meditating or switching off.

    His mood also began to suffer and his whole purpose in life was limited to his job from then on.
