Dedication
This novella is once again dedicated to family and friends. I would also like to thank some novelists and even movie-makers who made compelling stories about military conflict. I never served in the military but respect what they do. My Dad was shot in the stomach by North Korean soldiers at the end of the war there but recovered.

Author’s Note
I have mentioned in a blog that when younger the historical book The End of History and the Last Man had a deep impact on me with its basic argument that genuine democracy and capitalism had won out over fascism and communism as political and economic ideas.
But there can be vestiges of failed ideologies or bruised nationalities and/or cultures that can have serious repercussions, even if only because leaders where those ideas
