Mr. Shaw worked at the University of North Dakota (UND) Immigration Law Clinic, where he practised extensive immigration law as a Student Attorney. At the UND Immigration Law Clinic, Mr. Shaw advocated heavily for his clients regarding asylum cases, employment/work authorizations, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Immigration Visas, Immigration Green Cards and other clients specific Immigration legal matters. Mr. Shaw has also successfully provided guidance and legal advice on the laws of Marriage-Based Green Cards, Fiancé Visas (K-1), Naturalization/Citizenship, Adjustment of Status (AOS) and Family-Based Immigration Petitions, particularly for Immediate Relatives.

After law school, Mr. Shaw worked at a premier Hollywood, top-ranking boutique and SAG-AFTRA Franchised entertainment Talent Agency firm. There, Mr. Shaw was exposed to the intrinsic value of the entertainment business and the immigration side of it.
