I am a children’s picture book and middle grade author. Currently I am in the process of completing a diploma in creative writing. I have self published a children's book series, a picture book, a children's rhyme book, poetry anthologies and a short story through Amazon. I am influenced by Julia Donaldson, but my four year old daughter is my biggest inspiration and my muse. Many of my stories are influenced by the real world around me, but I combine those tangible details with vivid fantasy to create magical and dream-like settings. My goal is to see my stories brought to life in colour. I believe that imagination and story-telling are keys to future literacy. I am excited to see what the future holds for myself as an author and to watch as readers enjoy my stories.
