Book of apparitions of the Virgin Mother of God
Our Lady of Pillar
Zaragoza-Spain-A.D. 40
Forty years after Christ's death, the Christian movement was cruelly persecuted by Jewish elites with many Christians being flapped, imprisoned and even killed. As an alternative to this resistance, they sent missionaries to other regions to expand the spread of the divine word.
St. James the Major was tasked with preaching in Spain, a country located in Southern Europe. Before leaving, however, he made a consultation with the Virgin Mary, considered the mother of the apostles. The two were very connected because of faith and heart and could not separate without a formal farewell.
On the day and time combined, exactly in Ephesus, in the house of the most holy mother, the long-awaited meeting occurred.
I came to say goodbye and ask for your counsel, my mother,
said St. James as she approached the Virgin Mother.
My heart rejoices in your visit, good son. Behold, you must keep your faith, be prepared in the face of difficulties, preach the word with energy, strength, and spirit among the pagans. I want you to know my full confidence in their ability,
Mary replied.
I thank you for the words, blessed! What signal do you give me about my going to Spain?
James asked.
"At the right time, you'll see. My wish now is that you build a Church in my name in Spain—Asked enlightened.
Your request will be granted. Now, let me go because the journey is long,
said James.
Go in the peace of Christ, son,
Mary wished.
Be also in peace, my mother,
James said.
James began the long journey to Europe. Upon arriving in the promised land, he was tireless in his apostolic work. In Zaragoza, on a cold night, he was meeting with his disciples when he was surprised by voices shouting: "Hail Mary, Full of Grace! At the later moment, he knelt before the apparition he saw: A multitude of Angels surrounded the most holy Mother who was sitting on a pillar of marble.
The group recited a powerful craft, thrilling those present who helped in the execution. At the end of this event, Jesus' mother contacted:
"Here, my son, is the place marked and destined for my honor, in which, by your care and in my memory, I want a Church to be built. Keep this pillar where I am seated because my son and thy master sent him from heaven by the hand of angels. Next to him shall you lay the altar of the chapel, and in it will work the virtue of the highest the portents and wonders of my intercession with those who, in their needs, beg my patronage, and this pillar will remain here until the end of the world, and will never lack in this city true Christians who honor the name of Jesus Christ, my son.
"So be it, my mother— said James.
The angels snatched the Lady of Heaven leaving her again in her residence. As ordered, the chapel dedicated to the enlightened began to be built with the disciples of St. James as advisors because it moved toward Jerusalem. On the way, he paid another visit to the holy virgin, his best friend. As she faced her, the two hugged and at the end of this action began to talk.
How are you, my mother?
James asked.
"Better now with your presence, son of the heart. What good news do you bring from Spain?
"Things calmed down there. At your request, your Church is being built— St. James informed.
I am overjoyed that news is. God our Lord is pleased with your work, my son. But it's not over yet. I've had bad views of you. I'm praying for your best,
said saddened, Mary.
Exactly how were these visions?
I wanted to know . Said the curious apostle of Jesus.
"I saw his death coming. Let us ask for strength from our good God and accept the inevitable—Mary prophesied.
I'm ready! I don't mind dying for my Lord. What is life worth without Jesus? I answer myself: Nothing!
James answered.
"I have admiration for your courage. First, I want you to know about my love for you as a spiritual son—the saint revealed.
"I feel the same way as you were my real mother. Death does not have the power to separate us much less destroy our love—James declared.
By drive, they hugged and kissed again. At that critical moment of decision, they had opened their hearts to each other as they had never done before. That's like they said. There was nothing that could destroy their brotherly love.
Finally, saying goodbye, James continued his journey to Jerusalem where he was eventually killed by his opponents. He joined the countless martyrs made by Christianity because of religious persecution.

Miracle of Our Lady of pillar
It was the year 1637. Miguel Juan Pellicer was a young Spanish peasant who worked on his uncle's site in the Castellón region. When he went to work, he was hit by a hit-and-run, resulting in the billing of his tibia. As soon as he was found by his uncle lying to the ground, he was taken to the hospital in the city of Valencia where he had an emergency room.
His situation was serious and as at the time he had few medical resources he was sent to Zaragoza. At the time, her right leg had already gangrened and the only solution was to amputate her. It was several months, and he remained in the hospital in treatment. When he was discharged, he began to live on the street in the city of Zaragoza. Daily, he participated in masses and became devout of Our Lady.
Two years later, he decided to come home. His family rejoiced to see you. However, as I was without a leg, I could not help them at work which in a way saddened that young man so full of life.
One night, they welcomed a cavalry soldier who was passing through the area. They offered him dinner and lodging because the night was already early. The visitor was comfortable in Miguel's room and the boy was moved to his parents' room.
In the morning, when they woke up, they felt a strong scent of roses in the room and as they looked away toward their son, they noticed something completely new in him: Two feet were shown at the end of his body. Everyone screamed with surprise and as I wake him up, he vibrated with joy. He had been instantly healed by the intercession of Our Lady of which he was devout. The news spread throughout the region being proven as a true miracle.
Our Lady of the Snows
Rome- Year A.D. 352
At this time, a successful god-care couple and their respective commandments lived in Rome. For reasons of infertility, they could not have children and had no one to leave their great fortune decided to give it to the Church in consecration to the Blessed Virgin.
It was thinking about this project that one night he had a dream where Our Lady passed on to him the following message:
-Build a basilica on the hill in the morning where tomorrow will fall snow.
It was the month of August were commonly in the region it was quite hot. By the miracle work of the Virgin Mary, it snowed completely covering Mount Esquilino with snow. The news soon spread throughout the world with the striking presence of Christian elites visiting the site. According to the wish of the Virgin, the Church was built giving her the name of Our Lady of the Snows
because of the intriguing climatic phenomenon that occurred there.
Our Lady of Walshingham
England- A.D. 1061
Regarded as the English national shrine of veneration to Our Lady, Walshingham presents a beautiful story among the many related to the mother of God. Shall we check it out?
Mary most holy appeared in dreams to Richeldis of Faverches taking him spiritually to his house in Nazareth. At the time, he strongly requested the construction of a similar house in Walsingham. Having this dream been repeated three times, finally the devotee of the virgin put into place the request.
With difficulties in completing the work due to the measures, he resorted afflicted to the saint. Miraculously, a shrine appeared near the place. Then began the Masses, the apostolic meetings and the prayer groups that gathered there. In these moments, countless cures, wonders, and deliverances are reported.
The news of all these facts toured the country bringing to the place many pilgrims. Chapels were erected heading to the sanctuary and currently there are still two: Chapel of Our Lady of the Red Hill and Chapel of slippers
.
In the story told, there was a time when this veneration was persecuted which culminated in the destruction of Mary's image. Three centuries later, this ancient tradition resurfaced with the emergence of various groups supporting devotion. As a result, they remade the image in addition to reconstructing and enlarging what was left of the temple.
Through Walshingam, our lady's name is magnified in England and in reward our beloved mother takes excellent care of her English devotees with an unfathomable sweetness.
Our Lady of the Rosary
Prouille, France (1208)
It was a Sunday day. As usual, the preacher Domingos de Gusmão, a combatant before the heresies, was on his knees praying in the chapel of Prouille. In the most fervent moment of prayer, behold, a cloud descends into her temple leaving a beautiful woman with rosy and bright faces. She said to him:
I am Mary. I come to give you the rosary, the key to peace and human salvation. Furthermore, I'm glad you pray it every day in honor of my name. Do that, and I promise you the fall of enemies and heresies. Pass this on to the other brothers.
Extending his hands, he handed over the piece and smiled. In response, the devotee assured:
I will do what I have in my power! Your wish will come true.
The woman returned to the cloud and was raised to the highest of the heavens disappearing from the sight of her servant. Domingos de Gusmão continued his work resulting in the elimination of heresies. Once again Mary's heart has triumphed!
Our Lady of Mount Carmel
Aylesford, England (1251)
The Moors have undertaken a strong persecution of Christians. In this context, the Carmelites residing on Mount Carmel were massacred by their enemies. Those who managed to save themselves took refuge in England around A.D. 1238.
The place chosen to found the Monastery was Aylesford, a region of great natural beauty. Once again, they faced resistance to their way of life and their beliefs. With this, the only option they had left to survive was prayer. It was exactly the path
