    "The Secret to Trading the Open" will cover one method that, after exhaustively studying numerous techniques for trading the open, Dr. John Sinclair found to work best to become profitable when trading at the opening bell. It is his hope that this short book will allow the reader to become familiar with this technique and to evaluate whether it will be effective in conjunction with their methods. The technique can be incorporated with skills one may already have or may be developing, and it can thus be added to any toolkit to become a more profitable trader.

    Many traders only trade during the first hour of the day. Ideally, they make their profits and go home, which is of course easier said than done. We are all seeking to make our first profits of the day as early as possible, but after doing so comes down to psychology and the ability to resist the temptation to employ ineffective or unfamiliar trade setups later in the day or to pretend like we see something that is not actually there. This book will elucidate a method using candlesticks and price action to give a sensible strategy to trading the open.
