The first step on the Ninja Path is to make a commitment to mastery, to being the very best you can be.

To become a master, you must remove anything in your environment that represents mediocrity, and that you yourself are a mediocre person. Mediocre people do not have the ability to become masters, because they do not have the ability to correct themselves.

Your mind-set is the most important key to mastering the ninja techniques. You must have the ability to focus and control your thoughts and energy to be a ninja.

When you change your mind-set, you change your energy and your relationships. And when you change your energy and relationships, you change your career and your life.

Everything in the universe consists of energy that is vibrating at its own frequency. Radio and television transmissions use this same principle.

The Law of Vibration states that like attracts like. People radiating positive energy will naturally move away from you if you are radiating negative energy, and people radiating negative energy will naturally be attracted to you, bringing their fear, anger, grief, and negativity into your life.
