The Journey Continues

Being a two-finger typist, I was relieved when my first Reiki book was finally published. I assumed I would never write another Reiki book again, and my days of being an active author were over. Now, I really should have known better than to assume anything…

First Reiki Book

I authored my first Reiki book for the many, many thousands of students around the world who received Reiki Attunements through my DVD and video programs. They needed additional Reiki information and guidance to continue on their Reiki journey. Given the nature of the content and time constraints, I could not include all the information and guidance in a new DVD or video program, so I had to write a book.

Soon after Reiki The Ultimate Guide was published, I was caught off guard by how the book was accepted and embraced around the world. Sales took off without any mass-marketing, just word of mouth. I knew that a market existed for this type of Reiki book, but I was genuinely surprised by how large it was.

Looking back, I understand that the need for this type of book existed partly because a few Reiki Masters did not convey enough Reiki information and guidance to their students, and what they did convey led to unanswered questions about Reiki. I feel the main reason is simply Reiki Healers needed a concise guide they could refer to for help with Reiki.

More Fallout?

Once my first Reiki book was published, I fully expected some fallout from a few within the Reiki community, just like I experienced when I first released my Reiki Attunement videos years ago. To my surprise, this really did not happen.

Instead, I was taken aback by the first generous wave of e-mails and letters from Reiki Healers around the world thanking me for writing the book. I was also encouraged by the feedback from my fellow Reiki Masters saying they wished a guide like this had been available when they were learning Reiki, and they now recommend and use the book with their students.

A New Book Is Born

In many of the e-mails and letters from Reiki Healers throughout the world, there were always questions about additional ways to use Reiki for specific physical ailments and diseases, and how to use Chakras in healing. Reading all this correspondence, I soon realized it was my Karma to write another Reiki book, so before long I was back at my keyboard, pecking away.

About the Book

As in my first book, I keep the Reiki information and guidance simple and concise. The book includes a review of Reiki, Reiki Symbols and Attunements, plus knowledge about Chakras, back Chakras, Meridians and Nadis. A large part of the book is devoted to learning techniques and a formula for using Reiki with Chakras in helping with all specific physical ailments and diseases for yourself and others. I call these techniques Reiki Healing Attunements.

My definition of an Attunement is A sacred process, initiation and/or meditation with a specific purpose or intent. So I call these healing techniques Reiki Healing Attunements for two main reasons. One, you will be performing a sacred process of placing a Reiki Symbol or Symbols into one or multiple major Chakras during a Healing Attunement. Two, there is a specific purpose and intent during each Healing Attunement – to channel Reiki to help a specific physical ailment or disease. Of course, which symbol(s) and Chakra(s) you will use, in what order, and for what physical ailment or disease, you will learn in the later chapters.

Reiki Healing Attunements are additional healing tools you can use for yourself and others. You can perform the Attunements by themselves or include them in your healing sessions when you feel they are needed. The Attunements will make your healing sessions faster, and I believe you will experience stronger results with your Reiki Healing.

All Levels and Healing Attunements

If you are a Reiki 1st Level Healer, you will be shown how to perform Reiki Healing Attunements without the symbols. If you fall into this category, as soon as you are ready, I would suggest that you receive your 2nd Level Reiki Attunement. This will enable you to use Reiki Symbols, thereby, giving you many more options when using Reiki.

I explain three ways to perform Reiki Healing Attunements: one for the 1st Level Healer (as mentioned before), one for the 2nd Level Healer, and one for the Reiki Master. I give examples of performing Healing Attunements with step-by-step photos, plus I have included illustrations, a formula and guidelines to make your learning process easy.

Even if you have been attuned to another Reiki system or healing method, you will be able to perform Reiki Healing Attunements with the information I provide.

Goal of the Book

Various levels of expertise and ability exist in all modes of healing and Reiki Healers are no exception. For example, one medical doctor will say a medical procedure is impossible because of his skills, ability, and teachings. Another doctor will say it can be done because of his ability, skills, and teachings and will perform the procedure successfully.

Every Reiki Healer has his or her own level of expertise and skills in healing. The primary goal of this book is to give you options with Reiki so you can take your ability and expertise in Reiki Healing to a higher level.
