Prologue
As the story goes, Holisticadia was known to be one of the largest planets in the galaxy. It thrived and was loved by many. Armed with impenetrable planetary defenses, Holisticadia never lost a battle!
Multiple factions vie to be the first to enslave Holisticadia and take their inhabitants’ captive. Today, Holisticadia is plagued with endless battles that have become to difficult for them to sustain victory.
Ironically, Holisticadia suffers from pollution derived from the production of mass weaponry they initially created to protect the planet. As the tide continues to shift, things take a turn for the worst. Unbelievably the day has come where Holisticadia and the inhabitants face total extinction.
At a critical moment, a mysterious entity appears. Will Holisticadia regain their splendor or cease to exist into a black hole in space never to be remembered again?
Who is this assumed Hero poised to fight for Holisticadia?
To many unanswered questions! It’s time you fully understand the why!
Chapter One: The Beginning
The hulking Psylokian ship descends upon Holisticadia, engines rumbling. Its massive form consumes the sky in darkness; blotting out the sun’s light as it approaches the planet.
Several airlocks at the rear of the ship slide open and fifteen scout ships shoot out, zipping towards the planet’s surface.
As they approach the ground they suddenly spread out in separate directions, scanning for life-forms across Holisticadia’s surface.
The whole planet seems to sit in anticipation, there isn’t so much as a peep from even a small animal. The air is still, not a single blade of grass waved. There are no movements in the treetops nor in the ocean depths.
The tensity of the situation makes it feel like a lifetime, but in only an hours’ time the scouts complete their scan despite Holisticadia being one of the galaxy’s largest planets. Their mission completed, the scouts return to the mothership to report their findings.
In the bridge of the mothership the Communications Officer, after quickly reading through the data, exclaims Sir, your concerns are validated; there’s no sign of life to be found anywhere on Holisticadia!
I was afraid that would be the case, we haven’t received any communications from them for weeks.
Captain says thoughtfully. The next place on the seers’ list was in the Gallagher Sector, Lieutenant, take us there now.
Yessssir!
The Lieutenant responded, forked tongue flitting about. Helmsssman, come about to heading 3453-5 and sssset enginessss to light sssspeed.
Immediately!
answered the Helmsman, Light speed in 3… 2… 1!
Hit it!
The Captain shouts.
The ship then begins to appear as though it were splitting into strips, each part being covered in micro-explosions, and finally a loud BANG! reports the ship has taken off as it disappears toward the Gallagher Sector.
After a few moments and ensuring everything was in order, the Navigation Officer speaks up.
But, Sir,
she tentatively queries, Holisticadia has a population of twenty billion inhabitants armed to the teeth how did they all manage to disappear in such a short period of time and without so much as a hint of a battle?
The Captain responds with a thoughtful I couldn’t even begin to tell you…
In the decades of war Captain John had experienced he had never quite seen anything of this caliber.
It’s almost as though the entire planet decided to pack their belongings and leave at the same time, but he knew that to be impossible.
A global migration of that size would take far more resources and wealth than the entire Republic currently has available.
An alert suddenly interrupts Captain John’s thought process and the Navigation Officer turns back to her computer. After a few moments of reading the information on her screen she calls out Sir, I’m picking up a massive energy burn signature headed towards planet Phoebe!
Take us out of light speed and get us there NOW Helmsman!
, Yelling the Captain, and stay in the planet's shadow out of range. Engineering Bay, prepare DayDreamer!
Aye Captain!
, the two officers affirmed with confidence. The Captain glances over at a display which shows a countdown timer reading: 10 months, 25 days, 12 hours, 5 minutes, 32 seconds.
It’s become a habit of his to look at
