Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier

I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier am a forty- three-year old man who unfortunately and ultimately was unjustly convicted of two adult felony convictions’ where I had and have serious and major issues’ and grounds’ for ineffective assistance of counsel inferring public defender trial attorney’s post facto. I was appointed two different court appointed public defender attorneys for each cases as I was indigent and unable to retain counsel on my own. I also moved out of and ran away from a troubled, broken home, and very abusive biological mother and father after she separated, and divorced my biological father over similar abuse issues when I was thirteen. At some point in the future I hope to overturn the two previously mentioned felony convictions, citing specifically the aforementioned issues and mistakes made by the public defender attorneys at the time of each. My attorneys were and are still clearly, completely and totally in violation of several ethics board and code of conduct rules and regulations. I am and remain innocent in a nineteen ninety-four murder case. In this case, Edward Sullivan Junior was horrifically and tragically murdered. I was, am, and remain innocent as well in my second and only other adult felony conviction by way of self- defense when I was knocked out twice on my feet, after being cornered by a violent racist gang member, wielding a massive piece of slate, that dimensioned out to be almost 9 inches wide and 12 inches long and 3.5 inches thick. The said piece of slate struck me in the left temple area and region of the head where I was knocked out and required 9 stitches’ and sutures to close. The weapon and aforementioned piece of slate was striated at the outside corners’ and had a texture that was razor blade like basically. The hatefully racist, and often times imbibed on illegal intoxicants’ such as angel dust, cocaine, LSD, and steroids, violent gang member Mikki Sin Sinister attacked me, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, twice at a social gathering in Abington at a residence on the South Shore of Massachusetts. The aforementioned racist gang member Mikki Sin Sinister had a huge propensity and history for combative assault and battery’s using, and oftentimes’ bragging about and brandishing weapons’ like brass knuckles’ and Doc Marten’s steel toed boots’ during these oftentimes’ violent hateful and sometimes’ racially fueled violations of the law and rantings of people’s civil rights and rights. These were oftentimes’ declarations’ and statements witnessed and heard by myself and many others’ in and around the community and communities’ where Iresided in in the past. Many from the South Shore of Boston to areas such as Dorchester, Massachusetts located in the greater Boston area know this and are intimidated by him. Outside, and just before Mikki Sin Sinister and his friend Steven Chillis launched the aforementioned premeditated attack on me, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier. I had been attempting to talk to Mikki Sin Sinister who had previously threatened the personal safety of me through a citizen in the community. Mikki Sin Sinister, a much larger individual exploded and became very assaultive, belligerent, and became physically combative. I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, responded with reasonable force after being insulted, threatened, and pushed. I within a quarter second threw an uppercut punch in self-defense at the same time that Rikki Sin Sinister hands came up that sent reeling back about ten to fifteen feet initially and prompted I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, to retreat back to the inside of the property and social get together that I had attended earlier in the evening as well but left to purchase and acquire some more beer, Coronna specifically. Just before trial I was asked by my attorney at the time Barry Womak, formerly of Brockton, Massachusetts, Do you want to testify? To which I replied, Yes! After a break in dialogue between he, my attorney at the time, and I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, he a little later that same day informed me in a very anxietal, frustrated, and irritated mannerism and monotone that, You can’t testify!" Mikki Sin Sinister had three motives to want to murder me, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier. Eventually, Mikki Sin Sinister, whom in a Commonwealth State was never arrested for nor charged with these crimes’ he committed against me ultimately testified against me, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier in a jury trial and he lied profusely of course, just as in police reports’ where he made inconsistent statements. This is again where my court appointed public defender attorney Barry Womak formerly of Brockton, Massachusetts, was once again, demonstratively again ineffective assistance of counsel for failing to try to discredit him as a credible witness by utilizing these aforementioned inconsistent statements against him at the jury trial.

The previously mentioned court appointed attorney was also demonstratively ineffective assistance of counsel as well because he never filed any motions’ and a jury never got to hear the critical pieces’ of evidence of my, apprehension of the alleged victim, state of mind on the night in question, or of the complete and total double knockout, happening almost simultaneously with a follow up, bell ringing, and white light inducing haymaker punch from his friend Steven Chillis, that I painfully and tragically endured Total Truth to all of this! James Burrill, Mikki Sin Sinister friend, also made a statement to the local police which was never admitted at trial despite my request to my court appointed attorney. In his statement, Mr. Burrill, whose sister Jennifer I know admire, and respect immensely said that I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier was quote white as a ghost! This statement was never admitted or introduced at trial by my court appointed attorney despite my request that it be. This statement shows and would have demonstrated to the jury how I saw, at the last, Mikki Sin Sinister and the massive piece of slate he was wielding with two hands’ clenched overhead and with a face twisted with rage at the time charging me with it in a bull-rush. I saw this at the last second out of the corner of my eye or my peripheral view and this statement would have proved how it scared me totally pale or white rather." I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, completely and totally believe that, with the help of someone else such as his friend and fellow accomplice Steven Chillis, whom with Mikki Sin Sinister launched a planned, pre-meditated attack, and attempted murder of me, and who went to the hospital with Mikki Sin Sinister

Sinister put four more small, tiny, what were ultimately called continuation cuts’ in his abdomen area to exaggerate Sinister injuries’ as well as one that was not at all deep either too his neck area and region. Either Steven Chillis his fellow accomplice and combatant to the fray with him or Mikki Sin Sinister himself, or his other close friend, confidant, and fellow instigator, and the only man I ever saw spray paint, graffiti, or tag an Anarchy Crew gang symbol anywhere in the suburb where I grew up helped him accomplish this I totally conclude. Denny Lewis spray painted this one night on D’Angelo’s Subshop in Rockland, Massachusetts. This is the sandwich shop where Edward Sullivan Junior was tragically murdered in the year nineteen ninety-four. Also, sometime shortly thereafter the tragic murder of Edward Sullivan Junior, which occurred on February 21st, of the year nineteen ninety-four, Mikki Sin Sinister burst into the bedroom of Scott Proud uninvited after he obviously let himself into the apartment of Patricia Proud uninvited as well. He was therefore uninvited two-fold. I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, was at the radio, going to put a song on when Mikki Sin Sinister stated by screaming and yelling at me I could’ve fucked James Manson, Garnier! after bursting in the door completely and totally unannounced. My long-term memory and short term memory are great. The two distinct entities are remarkable really because I can actually, factually, go back there in my mind to every occurrence in my life as if it had just happened yesterday, all the way back until I was three or four years’ old. I believe completely and totally that this is indicative of my having an identic memory. Total Truth. I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier never intentionally tried to hurt anyone during the entire incident and likewise never formed any malicious intention or intent. I distinctly and specifically was only trying to talk. Total Truth to all this and I am putting quotes’ around all of the text to reaffirm this and reassure the potential investors and readers of this statement. In summation, I Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier, was, am, and remain innocent in the nineteen ninety-four murder of Edward Sullivan Junior where while innocent and incarcerated on that just aforementioned charge one of the ring leaders, a gang member James Manson of Rockland, Massachusetts, confessed to me about the previously just mentioned horrific and tragic murder of Edward Sullivan Jr. of Abington, Massachusetts. I also, as stated remain innocent in the much later two-thousand-year case just previously mentioned and discussed as well where a violent, racist, gang member attacked and tried to murder me with one of his friends at a party and I was knocked out on my feet twice when cornered at said party inside the house after responding to a sudden provocation and assault and battery outside with reasonable force, an uppercut punch. That punch came after walking several feet, being squared up on suddenly, insulted, and yelled at I’m gonna explicative you up! and then pushed thus causing I, Ignaziano Lafleur Garnier, to throw an uppercut punch by way of self-defense. Also, after the events that transpired on May 14th of the year two thousand where I was knocked out twice on my feet by Mikki Sin Sinister and his friend Steven Chillis while trapped with no place to go, a former United States Marine, who shall remain nameless for now for his own personal safety, told me that he had attended a get together where Mikki Sin Sinister showed up and soon thereafter started taking his shirt off and began bragging about his War wounds." I, Ignaziano Lafluer Garnier am a very religious man and a very devout Catholic who speaks and prays to Jesus in Catholicism and that goes straight up to God in Catholicism, but without The Virgin Mary, none of this is possible! Total Truth! I believe that religion is like The United Nations’ and that spiritual deities, Goddesses’ and Gods’, etc., all have Summit meetings’ and the like.
