FOREWORD

Several social movements that are gaining momentum at the present time have inspired me to write this book. The first is the rising phenomenon of the Biohacker and the great work leaders like Dave Asprey are doing to spearhead this movement.

Biohackers seek to take control of their own body and genetic composition through experimental biotechnological methods. I started to pay attention to biohacking, attracted to its honesty, forward thinking, open-mindedness, and the positive effect its speakers and proponents are having on the community. I noticed quickly, however, that the main focus of the Biohacker movement is to boost and extend the productivity of the mind and body, with nutrition and physical/mental performance taking center stage. Consciousness, awareness, and all things spiritual seem to take a back seat.

This shortcoming of the Biohacker movement interested me because I have long been aware of the essential need for a balanced spiritual dimension in order to live a healthy, productive, and happy life. I’ve been on an exhaustive path for many years, researching any kind of shortcut I could take to propel myself forward toward a total Awakening.

Thus I came to create a new term for myself: Soul Hacker. This seemed to perfectly describe my work, which has been centered around finding methods of hastening my own soul evolution as well as retrieving information recorded in the Akashic Records or Quantum Field of Consciousness—or the Over-Soul, as I like to call it, a term used by one of my master teachers. From my own process I was able to achieve knowledge downloads that I believe are truths and information that has been lost but is accessible through the Over-Soul.

A second inspiration is the huge movement of people who are turning to plant medicines to facilitate an inner awakening. This movement has mostly focused on ayahuasca, but psilocybin mushroom and San Pedro cacti (similar to peyote) are also rising in popularity.

My thirty-five years of spiritual exploration have included exhaustive studies of plant medicines or entheogens, shamanism, meditation, healing, mysticism, ancient civilizations, God-consciousness, and Tibetan Buddhism. I saw an opportunity to contribute to both the biohacking and plant-medicine communities, as well as to all spiritual seekers, by offering a lot of information that is being overlooked, as well as my own unique perspectives on these modalities.

I came to deep personal and spiritual revelations through my own consciousness explorations, and have guided many others to similar openings in my work as a trained energy healer. I have found sources of knowledge from God-realized Masters in books and lectures that have long been forgotten and that nobody seems to be talking about.

One such subject that I’ve found incredibly useful is how our soul can be understood as cosmic technology. Even more fascinating is how our soul matrix is connected to an Over-Soul and how this fact has affected the evolution of human consciousness. I like to think of the Over-Soul as a vibrational database of information where every intention, thought, or action that has ever happened in the Universe or previous Universes has been recorded. This information exists in an infinite, non-physical space that runs through us and surrounds us like an unseen holographic dimension.

My goal is to talk about the consciousness aspects of all of this from the perspective of the knowledge I have gained in hopes of helping others find answers to some of life’s biggest questions and challenges. I know from firsthand experience as an Energy and Sound Healer that you can consume all the green juices, Bulletproof Coffee, potions, elixirs, nutritional hemp protein, CBD, or cacao love bites; practice fasting, keto, or paleo diets; or whatever—and still have serious problems in your life if there are things wrong in your energy body.

Advanced masters, yogis, shamans, sages, seers, and oracles through millennia have learned how to retrieve information or knowledge downloads from the Over-Soul for spiritual growth, healing, and revelatory information—information that should be of vital interest to any modern seeker or biohacker on their journey to health, awakening, and revitalization. The great masters learned how to not only keep their physical body young and vibrant, but also how to handle their energy body. They understood the evolution of the soul and their relationship to the cosmos in a balanced way.

I’ve included examples of how some of this information was retrieved in ancient times and how it’s possible to do this now through various techniques. Many of these derive from shamanism, one of the last of the surviving ancient practices that uses advanced consciousness technologies to enter the Over-Soul and retrieve information.

After years of studying and practicing these techniques on my own, I am able to achieve deeper states of consciousness and to pick up information from the Over-Soul. I wanted to write about some of these inner lessons—or quantum leaps as I call them—to open up discussions with other researchers, and more importantly to open the minds of my readers and help as many people as possible in the awakening process.

Awakening is the ultimate goal, is it not? And we want to get there as quickly as possible. So I want to bring as many folks along with me as possible in this Soul Hacking movement—people who have a desire for lost knowledge or perpetuating their Soul Evolution. People who long to speed up the process of deep transformation. As technology and world events seem to grow ever faster and more intense, so must our spiritual growth to match it.

My own personal journey with Soul Hacking unfolded after many years of just meandering through life, not sure what to do with myself. I was deeply into the rave culture in the early ’90s, going to every party I could—taking party pills, dancing all night, and trying to find the meaning of life. Every job I had I hated, but I never really stopped to ask why there couldn’t be a better way. I was broke most of the time and often pulled in the wrong direction—pursuing things that were dangerous and self-destructive. I did experiment with plant medicines during this time, which helped me significantly to progress past the bad stuff I was surrounded by. They definitely helped me release a lot of old programming and worthless mental constructs. But for some reason I always felt as though something was missing, despite some awe-inspiring and valuable experiences propelling me into deeper understandings.

Ten years ago I really amped up my spiritual practices by exploring meditation and discovering teachings from God-realized Masters while honing down the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism. I also began to understand Christ Consciousness in a new way. I can say that after logging many hundreds of hours in deep meditation, the feeling of connection to divine beingness within is what I have been looking for my whole life. I like to call that connection to source energy DSE—divine source energy. It’s also called prana (India) or chi (China), but as you have seen, I like to make up my own name for things; it helps me satisfy my creative side.

Whatever you choose to call this divine energy, my goal here is to help seekers like myself to find this divinity within—to awaken to freedom from the bondage of suffering and illusion. To this end I offer a variety of Soul Hacks and practices, inspirational quotes, and teaching stories.

I have included quite a large section on plant medicines, or Entheogens (plant medicine teachers), because I’ve had a lot of personal experiences with them and have developed some unique theories about their purpose here on Earth. These plants help to hack the soul because they not only completely disassemble the ego self; but also if properly taken, they can open you up to the storehouse of the Over-Soul that delivers vital personal and Universal knowledge, accelerating the awakening process. They can even excite your creative mind and make you see things in a whole new light.

These plants are not the end all or only path, however, and I want this book to be available to all readers, so anyone who does not resonate with this kind of information, please feel free to skip over these chapters and move on to the next ones. I have also included a large section on meditation as a viable alternative for those who do not resonate with plant medicine work—or to augment plant medicine work for those who feel it’s right for them.

Lastly, the knowledge download I received that I’m eager to share concerns how channeling pranic bioelectricity leads to abilities that fall into the superhuman and supernatural realms. I have also learned how in ancient cultures these consciousness technologies were well known—going all the way back to Ancient Egypt.

Finally, I tried to keep the material entertaining, cracking a few jokes here or there. After all, this is all supposed to be fun stuff!
