Andrew Harvey, the ten year old boy missing for three days amid fierce bushfires surrounding the small township of Coonabarabran has been winced to safety, and is now recovering in the local hospital.
Spotted on the top of Tondoran Spire, a rocky natural steeple in the rugged Warrumbungles, at about 10 am this morning by planes and choppers water bombing the vicinity of the TV Tower, it was a dramatic and daring rescue that ends days of aerial and ground search for the missing boy.
