    The Dedications will remain the same and include anyone we forgot; however, we don’t think we did. We have to include the tragedy at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC (9/2013)—happened just before we completed Trip #5. Our heartfelt prayers to all affected by that needless event.

    We always give great big THANKS to our Illustrators: This time it’s Emma Soukup, our 17-year-old Junior from Mt. Vernon High School. She will definitely have a great future—what a talent. Way to go, Emma!

    FACT: When World War II came to an end, much of the world was in bad shape—besides the loss of life, destruction was everywhere and countries were faced with how to rebuild.
