    Disclosure

I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican. I am not a member of the Tea Party. I am an Independent who does not belong to the Independent party. I write this book as a grandfather. Like many Americans, I am most interested in the issues at hand. The current issues are jobs and the fact that government is not working.

Parts of this book are excerpts from A Return to Wisdom by D. Chaffee (Publish America 2009).

It needs to be done by the development of a Strategic Plan for our country. Some taxes need to be cut and some deductions eliminated. Some spending needs to be cut and some investments made. The budget then flows from the Plan. Investments, not spending, need to be made in the Private Sector. Congress does not seem to understand the difference between the two. These investments can be made by the private sector and government together. There are a variety of ways to make these investments if Government and the Private Sector, Democrats and Republicans,
