About this ebook
According to the government of the United States of America, which enjoyed a preeminent position in global politics, finance, science, culture and education, the world had entered an era of peace and was on the way to achieving total nuclear disarmament. However, in order to safeguard that peace, it was unsatisfactory to rely on political processes. Peace protocols were no substitute for a technologically advanced defensive system.
A motion was passed by both houses of the American Congress, committing billions of dollars toward the establishment of an advanced-technology Peacekeeping Research Centre (the PRC).
The PRC was directed to undertake research and development into a highly intelligent bio-organism with powers of flight and other supernatural functions while remaining under the sole command of the White House. This bio-organism would be required, on the one hand, to perform missions in peacekeeping and planetary safety, including warding off international terrorists and deterring major criminal activities, and on the other, to undertake the rescue of persons involved in natural disasters.
This project, which had the highest classification, was codenamed Peace Talisman.

Mr Fan Ming (penname: Ri Yue) was born in November, 1959, graduated from a norm college and worked as a teacher and later engaged in education management for seven years. He resigned in 1999 and focused on writing “Peace Talisman”. During the eighties of the 20th Century, in order to pursue an ideal wonderful world the author started the idea of writing a fiction about the peace doves. Through two years’ effort, he eventually completed such a book by combining the reality with the dream. Regretfully, as the book takes America as the background, it could not be published in China. So the author had to keep it in the bottom of the trunk and wait for opportunity of publishing abroad. Since October, 2013, warmly helped by Professor Nien Lun Yeh, the General Secretary of the British Association of the Writers in the Chinese Language, the book, with the Chinese name “Female and Male Sacred Doves” , i.e., Giha and Victor, and English name “Peace Talisman” were translated into English and will be published in USA. Full of fantacy and fun the book arises the readers’ beautiful dream for a wonderful world, followed by its second volume currently under writing.
