Dear Charles:
Thank you for writing. I appreciate hearing from you, and I share the vision of millions of Americans who want to take control of our Nation’s energy future. My Administration’s all-of-the-above energy strategy is about developing
every source of American energy—a strategy aimed at saving families and businesses money at the pump by reducing our reliance on foreign oil, expanding oil and gas production, and positioning the United States as the global leader in clean energy.
While developing new sources of energy is critical to our future, the hard truth is there are no overnight solutions to our energy challenges. The only way to deal with this problem is through a sustained, serious, all-of-the-above approach. Under my Administration, American oil production is at its highest level in 8 years, and we are now less reliant on foreign oil than in any of the past 16 years. We have more working oil and gas rigs than the rest of the world combined, and we have opened up millions of new acres for oil and gas exploration where appropriate and where it can be done safely. My Administration has also approved dozens of new pipelines to move oil around, including from Canada, which will help create jobs and encourage more energy production. Thanks to our Nation’s booming oil production, more efficient vehicles, and a world-class refining sector that last year was a net exporter for the first time in 60 years, we cut net imports by 10 percent—or a million barrels a day—in the last year alone.
My Administration will continue to look for every way we can help consumers—from relieving distribution bottlenecks to ensuring speculators do not take advantage of volatility in the oil markets. To decrease our dependence on foreign oil, we established the toughest new efficiency standards for cars and trucks in history. These fuel economy standards will double the fuel efficiency of our cars and light trucks by the middle of the next decade, which means filling up your car every two weeks instead of every week.
But as a country that has 2 percent of the world’s oil reserves but consumes 20 percent of the world’s oil, we
cannot just drill our way to lower gas prices. The United States leads the world in natural gas production, with reserves that can last nearly 100 years—a supply that can power our cars, homes, and factories in a cleaner and cheaper way, and one that experts believe will support more than 600,000 jobs by the end of the decade. However, we must utilize this reserve without putting the health and safety of Americans at risk. That is why, for the first time ever, I am requiring all companies drilling for gas on public lands to disclose the chemicals they use.
Thanks in part to my Administration’s investments in clean energy—the largest in American history—the United States has nearly doubled renewable energy generation from wind, solar, and geothermal sources, and thousands of Americans now have jobs as a result. By cooperating with the private sector, we have positioned our country to be the world’s leading manufacturer of the high-tech batteries that will power the next generation of American cars. I have repeatedly called on Congress to stop giving away $4 billion a year in oil subsidies to an industry that has never been more profitable, and instead to pass clean energy tax credits to cultivate a market for innovation in clean energy technology. And I have directed the Department of the Interior to allow the development of enough clean energy on public lands to power three million homes. The United States military—the largest energy consumer in the world—is also doing its part, making one of the largest commitments to clean energy in history.
Securing our Nation’s energy future is one of the major challenges of our time, and will require the efforts of our brightest scientists and most creative companies. Americans must summon the spirit of optimism and the willingness to tackle tough problems that led previous generations to meet the challenges of their times. My Administration is making a serious, sustained commitment
to tackling these problems, and I encourage you to learn more about our efforts at www.WhiteHouse.gov/energy.
Thank you, again, for writing.
Sincerely,
Barack Obama
Image23843.JPGIntroduction
George Washington the First President of the United States chose the site for the White House construction which began October 13, 1792. The Architect James Hoban who modeled the structure after the Leister House in Dublin Ireland. The White House was built between 1812 and 1814 by 400 slaves, 200 were slave owners. The slaves are the true builders of this structure. It was and is the slaves that has true ownership of the White House, the slaves were never given the true accolades as the true builders of the White House. The accolades went to James Hoban the architect and the slave owners. This has always been the problem with white people, they always want credit for something they never did. They were cleaver enough not to use the name of slaves that help built the White House because the slave was nothing more than personal property of the slave owners. The people that utilize their own hands and labor to build a house must be given the accolades as the builder of that house. Today, if a construction company builds a house or building, the name of the construction companies is places on the building but the workers who help construct the building has no voice when that structure is complete.
This book is about the hundreds of emails including the one above that was received from The White House and President Barack Obama in the last of his first four year term in Office. As the First Black African American President as the occupant in the White house. President Obama has been ridicule by his critics beyond any racial insensitivity of any President in the history of that Office. In the land mark case of Sullivan vs. The United States, the Supreme Court had said that: Free speech shall not be infringed upon others
but this did not stop the critics from their continuous assault upon the character of the President of The United States. There was no intervention of the Attorney Generals Office knowing that many could have been arrested for their attacks against the President. We conclude that President Obama knew that if he began to arrest his critics, this alone would create additional racial unrest across the nation, a strategy very well thought out.
.Today after the November 6, 2012 Presidential Election, President Barack Hussein Obama has once again won a second term in the White House as President of the United States of America. Because President Obama is the First Black African American we chose to Title this Book Black House/White House,
meaning that Black African Slaves built the White House and a Black African American Family has now occupied this political mansion that’s been the dominate power and strong hole of the world for the past 400 years. This mansion Prior to President Obama was and has always been occupied by white men. We will start this installment of this book with the signing of the Lilly Leadbetter Women’s Pay Act
, the very first legislation President Obama sign into Law. The good thing about this book is that there are hundreds of web sites that the reader can click on to get in-depth details about the articles in question. The President has made it clear that his Administration would have an open door policy and transparent for the people. We stayed Connected to The White House.

Your Weekly Address: New START Treaty Fundamental
to Security
The President says ratifying the New START, a pivotal treaty with Russia on nuclear weapons, must happen this year. He explains that failure to ratify the treaty this year would not only mean losing our nuclear inspectors in Russia, but also undermine the international coalition pressuring Iran, put at risk the transit routes used to equip our troops in Afghanistan, and undo decades American leadership and bipartisanship on nuclear security.
Weekly Wrap-Up
A quick look at the week of November 15, 2010:
Quote: It is in these labs—often late at night, often fueled by a dangerous combination of coffee and obsession—that our future is being won,
said President Obama during the presentation of the National Medals of Science, Technology and Innovation, For in a global economy, the key to our prosperity will never be to compete by paying our workers less or building cheaper, lower-quality products. That’s not our advantage. The key to our success—as it has always been—will be to compete by developing new products, by generating new industries, by maintaining our role as the world’s engine of scientific discovery and technological innovation. It’s absolutely essential to our future.
