Biography For Lanakila Washington
FORWARD
I dedicate this book to all of my close friends and family that stood by me and supported my efforts in running for President of the United States. I give special heartfelt thanks to my life partner Reggie who stood by me from day one and never lacked in his support for me. To Troy my Joint Chief of Staff who also had the ability to be my vice. To the Washington Victory Team which included the girls
and you all know who you are. Thank you so much! I also give a special thanks to JZ Knight, Ramtha the Enlightened One and the Ancient School of Enlightenment for their dedication to teaching that we are conscious and energy. The title of my book comes from a saying that JZ Knight often use at the school. Most of all, to my mother Catherine and my grand mother Ola who passed away during my campaign run. They gave me the power to move ahead when things were looking blink. They gave me the encouragement to be the genius that I’ am. I give thanks to me, the Lord God of my Being. Without realizing what say I, another reality would have been created. So be it.
THE STORY
First I want to welcome you to my world, which you will find out later in this book that it is also your world. The world of politics can be a wonderful rewarding task to pursue. You run for public office with the expectation of winning so that you can serve the people whom you would be representing. However there is another side to the world of politics that 95% of the public don’t know about. Allow me to take you on my political journey. I tell you that you will never be the same after reading this book. You will look at politics, the political process and how government really works. This book will make you think twice about voting, who you are voting for and if they are apart of the political machine.
The journey starts back in the month of May 2004 when I first entered the ring of politics. The seat for United States Senate was up and I saw this as a stepping stone opportunity to my goal of running for President of the United States. I remember seeking a political party to represent me. The Democrat party, a party that I had been a member of since the age of 18, turned down my request for support. My searches lead me to be supported by the Reform party. They really did not give any great support either. In fact, when it was time for me to announce my candidacy for U.S. Senate, the chairperson didn’t even show up. I did everything with respect to planning the entire event. Getting the police permits, blocking off the street, having signs posted weeks ahead of time, and getting community donations of food. It was set to be a
