About this ebook

Through ignorance, misunderstanding, custom and tradition the Jewish and Christian religions have combined three distinct and individual entities into one being they call God. This is contrary to their holy scriptures. There are in fact three and individual entities in scripture who are know by this title. There is GOD, the universal creator, the Lord God the creator of man and then there is Jehovah, the God of the Jews. He is the one we are most concerned about. For he was the First Godfather.

In the book entitled Jehovah the First Godfather, an agnostics view of God, the Bible and Religion, the appropriate scriptures are use to separate and explain the differences between these three entities and to explain the part they play in the creation of the universe, the creation of man and the religion of one group of nomads called the Israelites.

For the lack of an understanding of the where, when, how, why and by whom the universe was created, we say that it is the handiwork of GOD. He, She or It designed, created and controls this creation through laws and forces we are just now beginning to understand. According to biblical scripture organic life, both animal and vegetable, were a part of that original design. Primitive organic life began before the stars and moon were put into motion. ( Gen. 1:11-13.) After the formation of the stars, moons and planets, more advance forms of organic life came into existence. The Bible identifies a few of those the more advanced forms of life. One of the species of life created as a part of that original design and may well have originated in the seas of another world was a race of beings, identified by Jehovah during his instruction of Moses, as the living creature. It was a form of life which evolved into an intelligent, creative thinking race of beings who became so advanced in their culture, civilization, science and technology that they began to travel the stars. In their travels they stepped down upon many planets. Some they tried to colonized. The earth was one of those planets. That colonization attempt failed.

In their one of their later visits a few thousand years ago they came to this planet to mine for minerals. It was during this time that mankind was created. We were naked slaves created to mine for the minerals they desired, to wait on and serve them at their leisure.

Our creation was not by some heavenly or divine power out of love and benevolence but out of commercial necessity. We were created by the medical and scientific process of cloning. The biblical description of the creation of Eve supports such an hypothesis. The description of her creation is much the same as the procedures being used by our doctors and scientists today to create duplicates and modified alternation of many different species of life, among them man himself.

The leader and the authority by which man came into being was the individual identified by Jehovah as the Lord God, and by Mellchizedek, king and high priest of Salem, as the Most High God. To be the most high god indicates that there must have been lessor beings also identified as gods. One of those lessor beings was Jehovah one of the subordinates of the Lord God. He is identified in scripture as YHWH, Yahweh, Ishi, Baali and Jehovah.

Jehovah assumed the title of a god when he convinced Abraham to follow him. He did not become a god until he lead the Hebrews into the Sinai wilderness.

Gods need worshipers, temples, priests sacrificial offerings, gifts and a land to call ones own. Jehovah had none of these things until he was able to have Moses lead the Hebrews into the Sinai wilderness. This was his first step in establishing his dynasty. Once he had the congregation under his control he had taken the first step towards his ambition, he had worshipers. Next he ordained the tribe of Levi as the priests who would wait on and serve him.

    DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to the seekers of truth. It is for the lost souls who have never found peace in the worship of a god, faith or religion. It is for the individuals whose prayers have never been answered, and it is for those whose faith in a God has never been strong enough to move the mountain. Now they will be able to understand why.

In every known culture in the world, barbaric or civilized, the people of those cultures believe in, worship, pray, and offer sacrifices to a god or god of some kind. Those gods may take many different forms, and be known by many different names, but they are still a vital part of the everyday life of that culture. Religious worshipers are led by leaders who also may be called by many different names according to their particular faith: For the Jews they are called rabbis. The Catholic call their leaders priests. Protestant leaders go by the names of pastor, ministers, and reverend. Moslem holy men are called ayatollahs. There are priests of Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, the witch doctors of Africa, shaman, or medicine men, to name just a few. These leaders may be followers of one god or many, served by these holy men and their worshipers.

The gods and their followers may be good or bad according to the desires of the believers, but they all have one thing in common. Whatever their belief, they have a subconscious belief in, fear of, and desire to serve and obey some kind of a god. Whether this need and desire was part of the original programming of man, or one he has imposed upon himself out of fear and ignorance is immaterial. The desire is there, the need exists and man obeys.

But what does the average worshiper really know about the deities that they so fervently serve? Except for what one learns by attending the devotional services of their faith and what they are taught by their religious leaders, the average individual knows practical nothing about God or the form of religion they practice.

This book ‘Jehovah The First Godfather’ cannot and does not speak for all religions. It addresses only the Jewish and Christian faiths. Members of other faiths must decide for themselves if what is written here has any meaning or bearing for them and on their religious beliefs.

Both the Jewish and Christians faiths, and their worship of their God is based on the writings of their holy scripture, and their belief in the teachings and interpretations of that scripture. For the Jewish people their faith is founded upon the writings and interpretation of the Torah, their holy writings. The Christians have taken the Torah, but not its interpretations, added to it a collection of Jewish letters, believed to have been written by the apostles of a man called Christ, and incorporated all of those writings into a book they call their Holy Bible.

The Christians believe that their faith is based on the infallibility of their Holy Bible. They believe that its teachings are the direct words and commands of their god. The Jewish people rely on their holy books as the words of God passed down to them through their prophets.

We will rely on the faith of those words as we begin to decipher the meanings and the reality of the words these religions hold sacred.

The followers of God and the believers of the various faiths fall into three categories. First, there are those who believe that every word written in their holy book was inspired by God himself and that these books and writings say exactly what God means. Second, there are those who believe that only certain passages are the exact words of God and that those are the only passages which are not subject to interpretation or debate. Third, there are those who believe that while the words may have come from God, they are not absolute. They were given to man to be used for guidance, instruction, interpretation and discussion.

This disparity of beliefs opens up a wide range of possible avenues which one might take to arrive at their individual belief in a god, the manner of worship required, and the degree of belief necessary to please that god. It presupposes that the words, interpretations and accuracy of the holy scripture did come from God and that these words, over the eons, have been correctly interpreted so as to give us the exact thoughts, words and actions of God himself. I do not believe that they have been. I do believe that the biblical stories, as they are recorded in the Torah and the Christian Holy Bible, to be only as accurate as the beliefs of the authors allowed them to be. What has been written in these books are the perception of what the authors believed to be the truth.

We will assume for the sake of discussion that the words written in the scriptures are truly from Jehovah. Also that they are written down exactly as he gave them to Moses and the prophets. It should also be remembered that the possibility exists that those same words, thoughts, commands, ideas and laws said to have come from God, came instead from the priests and prophets themselves. They are the words, thoughts, ideas, commands and laws the writers believed or felt that God wanted them to say, or rather what they wanted the people to believe and obey. The preachers and clergy of today do the very same thing in the name of God. They quote the scriptures and then tell their congregations what they believe to be the will and command of God.

During the time of the Exodus, the congregation obeyed the commands of the priests or they died. During the time of the Crusades, men, women and children died believing in and obeying the words of God preached from the pulpit. There seems to be little difference between the ancient priests of God and the religious evangelists of today. They interpret for us what they say God is telling them he wants us to believe and obey.

Therefore, I will use the very words of God, his prophets and his priests to expose the servants of God for who and what they are, scavengers of the human spirit. When I do, the reader will learn the truth about religion and the myth of at least one god, Jehovah, the God of the Jews and Christians.

To expose the Jewish and Christian god for what he is, he must be exposed for what he is not, and that is a divine god. The book of Genesis is a short synopsis of man’s beginning, of how he came into existence and how and why we are associated with the gods. This book, while based on short excerpts concerning specific individuals, certain events and some cultural background, gives us an idea. It is a condensed version not of the history of mankind but of a family related to the gods in a very unique way.

The confusion we have today concerning the writings, meanings, and interpretations of the Torah and the Holy Bible has come down to us through the misinterpretations and misunderstandings of the religious leaders who have gone on before us. It is man himself, through ignorance, fear and superstition who has made the creation of man into a divine act of a god, and the writing of these events into holy writ.

All my life I have been subjected to the teaching of the Bible in one form or another, as both a Catholic, and as a Protestant. It wasn’t until I matured and became a student of the scriptures did I realize that everything I had been taught, through the years, was based on lies and misunderstandings. The first lie was that according to the Bible and the faith, there was only one god. He is identified in three parts: the father, the son, and the holy ghost. I accepted that belief as a part of my faith until I realized that this was an untruth. The day when I realized that there were, in fact, three distinct biblical individuals identified as God was the day when I began to realize that what I had been taught about God, the Bible, and religion was wrong.

All Jews and Christians are aware of the first book of the Torah and the Christian Holy Bible. It is the book of Genesis, and the story of creation. This book describes in simple details, the beginning of everything, from the designated creator of the universe and of life itself. To this creator and to no other belongs the power, the glory and the title of GOD. This entity is the Supreme Being, which has no name, requires no worshipers and has no need for gifts, sacrifices or praise. This is the first Biblical God.

The second biblical god is the Lord God, an individual life form that evolve, along with all of the other life forms throughout the universe. His race of beings, like the whales, fowl of the air, and beasts of the field, were a natural part of the original evolutionary design processes. The Lord God, upon his arrival on earth, was the authority by which the creation of man was allowed to take place.

Adam, Eve and the human creations that followed became the next generation of new and different life forms which are now a part of the universal creation. Now that man is able to reproduce his own species, and is himself in the process of creating new and different life species, the universal continuum of GOD continues to expand.

The third biblical god is an individual biblical entity called Jehovah. He became the God of the Jews, the supposed father of Jesus, and the God of the Christians. He was not the universal creator, nor was he the creator of Man. He was not even a god, but an alien life form, a member of the race to which the Lord God belonged. He assumed the title of the Lord God when he was given control over Jacob and later when he convinced the Hebrew people to follow Moses into the desert in order to render to him gifts, sacrifices and worship.

What scripture supports the idea of three gods?

    Deuteronomy 32:7-9.

"7. Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations; ask your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you.

    8. When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when he

separated the sons of men, he fixed the bounds of the people according to the number of the sons of God.

    9. For the Lord’s portion is his people, Jacob his allotted heritage."

According to the above scripture, the Most High God, the creator

of Man, departed from the earth. When he did, he divided his property, the sons of man, among the members of his race who were to be left behind. To Yahweh, the God of the Hebrews, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, he left Jacob and his descendants. One does not leave an inheritance to anyone unless they are about to die or be away for a long time. The fact the Yahweh received only a part of the inheritance of the Lord God clearly indicates that he was not the creator of man nor was he the one god of the bible. The realization that there was more than one God during the beginning of the history of man is the beginning of biblical wisdom.

In the beginning there was God, then the Lord God and finally Jehovah.

After his creation man was given a command by the Lord God, his creator, and the Most High God, served by Melchizedek. It was given to Adam and Eve. That command is found in:

    Genesis 1:28.

    28. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that-moveth upon the earth.

This very first recorded command ever given to Man was for him to reproduce his species, to replenish and subdue the earth. One does not replenish what has never existed. For man to replenish the earth clearly indicated that a life form, like unto Man had, at sometime in the pass existed here on this earth. Therefore Adam and Eve, mankind, was not the first species to inhabit this planet. But it is, in all likelihood, possible that they were the very first of their species.

Adam and Eve were given other commands, commands that included words conductive to civilized societies and ideas that indicated an organized culture. The book of Genesis mentions such things cattle, domesticated sheep, bread, swords, fruit-bearing trees, a father, mother and marriage before such things existed in the society of Man. Since these things have no relationship to an entity capable of creating a universe I must assume that they came from a cultured life form similar to that of man.

What was the power required to create the universe and man? We have been taught to believe that the universe was created by a power or powers we are just now beginning to understand. For the lack of better understanding, religion calls this power GOD. The power behind the creation of man was a lot less sophisticated. Man was created by the use of science and technology. Medical science, without the benefit of the powers of a god, can now duplicate that creative feat. Our doctors are now the gods of science and medicine.

Adam and Eve were created through a process known today as genetic engineering, by a race of technically advanced beings, called in scriptures, as ‘The Living Creature.’ Man was created in their physical image, using their DNA, RNA, and chromosomes. These DNA, RNA and chromosomes were modified to be adapt to this planet and it’s environment. Therefore, as man was created in the image of God, so the biblical Lord God, the creator of man, is also the image of man.

Biblical scriptures say that God (our creator) and man are flesh and blood. The differences, outside of our physical appearances and intellect, concern the length of our lives. While the life span of man was originally intended to be a thousand years or more that expectancy was affected and changed by the advent of the flood. Because of the flood, the makeup of the atmosphere changed. This, along with the change in his diet, affected the basic metabolism of man. Man changed from a vegetarian to a carnivorous creature. When he did, his life span was reduced to approximately one hundred and twenty years. Another factor that was instrumental in the reduction of the life of man was the lack of medical facilities and assistance received from the gods prior to the flood. Man was on his own after the Lord God departed the earth.

Man was created in the image of the gods. He was created from their genes. Therefore, I believed that it is safe to say that he was designed to live for a thousand years. I also believe that we can safely assume that this was at least equal to the life span of the gods. This assumption is substantiated by the statement made in the scriptures, by the Lord God, which says that man, with the knowledge of good and evil, and by eating a certain food, the tree of life, could be as a god and live forever.

It therefore stands to reason, that if the gods lived for long periods of time, it was due to their medical expertise and special foods. A true god, according to the understanding of man, is a spirit, an incorporeal being without form or substance. Therefore, it is an entity which does not need food nor water, nor does it ever cease to exist. It cannot die. The Lord God, our creator, can and did die. I refer to Revelation 1:18.

    Rev. 1:18:

    1. I am he that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

This god sounds to me like he is the Lord Satan. An entity who was dead, brought back to life, who has become the living dead and who has the keys not to heaven and paradise but to hell and death.

The Lord God told man that if he ate the fruit of a certain tree he would die. Satan who had the keys to death and hell approached Eve and told her that she would not die if she disobeyed the commandments of the Lord God. (Gen. 1:4-5):

    4. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5. For God doth know, that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened; and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Adam and Eve were perfect slaves and servants. They were taught to obey and they did. But Eve was approached by Satan, who was one of the gods to her, she was placed in an awkward position. Could she refuse to obey another god? Which god should she obey? Satan or the Lord God. Satan was enticing Eve to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil because of an ulterior motive, he wanted sex with her. When told or convinced by Satan to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, she obeyed. When she did, she became euphoric. She got high. The chemical in the food which she ate activated her mind, and unlocked her programming. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil was a narcotic. I believe it to have been the coco plant. When Eve chewed the plant the chemicals in that plant activated some part of her mind which allowed her to obtain conscious thinking beyond that for which the scientist desired in the creation of man.

When Eve convinced Adam to also try the plant, they became unreliable and untrustworthy. They now had independent thought, and even though they were slaves they now presented a danger to the Lord God. He could no longer allow Adam, Eve and the other men access to the tree. So he barred all men from the garden. Otherwise, once the word was out about the tree, everyone would want a sample. All men would obtain independent thought and one day control of the slaves would become difficult.

So man was put into a situation where he was no longer a danger to the gods and to himself. He was placed outside of the immediate vicinity of the garden, and a protective shield was placed around the garden. Man no longer had access to the knowledge of good and evil. If the God of the Bible and religion is the all powerful, knows all and sees all, how can he not predict and prevent this above from happening? After it has occurred why did he now fear man?

Religion teaches us that the right hand of God is power. This power is exercised through the priesthood and their religious teachings. These teachings, along with the laws of God and the church have put fear and trembling into the hearts, minds and souls of its believers. These fears feed on the hopes and dreams of the lost, destitute and the hopeful. Fears which began with the superstitious beliefs of a single family of wandering nomads, who parlayed their beliefs into a worldwide religion. It was a family who became a nation. It is a family that has been able to create a dynasty for themselves and for their descendants. It is the family of the Godfather, Jehovah.

During the time of Adam and Eve and up until the time of Mary and Jesus, the gods interbred with man and produced offspring. This mixed breed of children, are known as the mighty men of old. What made them mighty was the intellect of their fathers and the strength and physical structure of their earth mothers.

Nowhere in the realm of nature is it possible for two difference species to unite and produce offspring unless the DNA, chromosomes and RNA sequences of both species are biologically compatible.

The bible says that Adam and Eve had no father or mother. Therefore, advanced scientific and medical technology must have been used to create man as a new species in the image of the race of God.

We must assume that the DNA material used in their creation came from the biological cell structure of the gods. This DNA was modified and altered so that the genetic makeup, traits and characteristics of the new species would allow them the greatest possible opportunity to survive in the atmosphere and biological environment of earth. Modification to the genetic structure and makeup of the

Lord God and his crewmen was necessary because the environment on the planet of the gods was different from that of earth. Their planet had less gravity, less sunlight, and the atmospheric pressure and oxygen content was less than that of earth.

The new species was man. A clone. An exact duplicate of the Lord God would have found surviving on this planet difficult. So man had to be created with a heavier and stronger physical structure to withstand the higher gravity stresses he would encounter in his everyday life. His lungs were smaller because of the higher oxygen content of the atmosphere, his eyes smaller to accommodate a brighter sun and his blood chemistry was made such to allow him to adapt to the flora and fauna of his new world.

Once Adam was found to be functioning without difficulty in his environment, other men and special animals were created to help in the work that had to be accomplished. Eve was created as an afterthought when the special animals, created as helpmeets for Adam were found to be incompatible with him. Eve, created from the DNA and cell structure of Adam, was able to biologically unite with him and reproduce the species. This was accomplished by scientists who put Adam to sleep, removed one of his ribs and closed up the incision. Then in a laboratory, using genetic engineering procedures, altered his DNA. They changed his male YX chromosomes pattern to an XX chromosome pattern, and a female was created.

Why was it necessary for Adam and Eve to be created, and why did the Gods come to this planet in the first place?

The answer to these questions are simple if one reads and understands the words and meaning of the scriptures outside of the religious mysticism that surrounds religious text. The gods came to this planet to mine for minerals. To do so, they needed a workforce of individuals which could be specially trained to become skilled workers. Workers who could and would be abandoned when the mining was completed and the gods returned to their home world. The descriptive location of the Garden of Eden, the minerals mentioned, and the different tasks given to the first man attest to this hypothesis.

In the meantime, the gods needed food, shelter, and slaves who would obey their every command. Adam, Eve and the rest of early man were created as slaves in order to serve that purpose. Like animals, they were naked, slept in the open, and ate grass, herbs and fruit. They raised God’s food, herded God’s sheep and cattle, killed, cooked the meat, and served the table of God. The remembrance of this servitude condition remains with man today. It was the foundation upon which he bases his bloody sacrificial rituals.

As man scattered across the face of the earth, different cultures began to modify their ideas of the old gods, create new ones and establish new and different religions. Men of insight and greed and having a desire for power began to prey upon the superstitious fears of the people. They became the priests who built the temples and established the sacrificial rituals which controlled the multitude through fear and ignorance. They became rich and lived off of the gifts and wealth brought into the temples..

The Hebrews, descendants of Jacob, were in this condition serving the priests and the many gods of Egypt when Jehovah, a name recognized by the people as the God worshiped by their ancestors Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, decided to try and get the Hebrews to become his followers. The Hebrews were a community without a leader. Pharaoh was their god. Moses, who became a prophet of Jehovah, convinced the people that life would be better serving their own god rather than those of Egypt. He convince them that Jehovah was better and stronger than Pharaoh and the gods of Egypt. Whether the people believed Moses or not, after the plagues of Egypt brought on by the so-called wrath of the Hebrew God, the Hebrews followed Moses into the desert out of fear for their lives from the anger of the Pharaoh and the Egyptian people. Once in the wilderness, they were unable to return to Egypt. It was then that they came under the complete control of Jehovah and Moses. What they did to control the people on Jehovah’s road to becoming a god is recorded in the writings of the Jewish faith and the books of the Christian Holy Bible.

Both Moses and Jehovah killed people both as individuals and by the thousands, depending on their mood at the moment. It is on not record as to how many people suffered and died as a result of the plagues placed upon the Egyptian people who had committed no wrong. The Pharaoh’s army was drown in the midst of the Red Sea. Moses and the Levis killed thousands of their own people when Moses came down from the mountain and found the people celebrating the golden calf. God destroyed Korah, his family and the families of Dathan, Abiran and their followers.

And according to the scriptures, God even allowed his son to die without assistance.

Like a Godfather of today, Jehovah controlled the people by fear and intimidation. He demanded and received protection monies, gifts and sacrifices. Disobedience to his laws resulted in death.

Today the Mafia, works upon the same principle. Because of the similarity between the two organizations, I find ‘Jehovah the First Godfather’ to be a very appropriate title.

So, if the god of biblical scriptures is not a god, but a godfather, why does Man worship him and others like him? Does mankind really need a God? The animals, birds, fish, insects and all manner of life, eat, sleep, procreate and survive as a species. They do this by their own instincts. They worship no god, offer no sacrifices, attend no temples of worship, belong to no denomination and yet they survive.

We worship the gods out of habit. We offer gifts and sacrifices out of misunderstanding. And we fear what we do not understand. We have been taught that the gods are all powerful. We owe them our love and our obedience. This is not true. Man does not need the gods. The gods needs man. Without our worship, gifts, sacrifices and rituals, the gods would cease to exist except in memory, myths and legends.

The immortality of the gods extends only to the next generation of believers. When there are no more followers, the temples of the gods will crumble, their priests will fade into oblivion and the immorality of those particular gods will cease to exist. The fact that any god ever existed can be found only in the mind of man, perpetuating his belief by his own myths and legends. There is only one GOD. It is the universal creator. It needs no gifts, sacrifices, temples or adoration of man. It is sufficient unto itself. It is man and man alone who has created the gods he now worships through his religion.

‘Jehovah,, The First Godfather’ is a hypothesis as to how, when and why these ideas came to become a part of the heritage of mankind.

There was a time, a few years ago, when I would have considered the term ‘Jehovah, The First Godfather,’ as blasphemy. This was before I came to the realization that we humans believed that our creator and the creator of the universe were one and the same entity. We are wrong. Our creator did come from the stars, but he was flesh and blood. He was a living creature and not immortal. In our belief that our creation was the result of the universal creation. we began to worship this creature as our God. But our god, as a god, exists only in our imagination. The Jews and the Christian call that god Jehovah. He is not now, nor has he ever been a divine being.

According to the Torah and the Christian Bible, while he is worshipped as a god, he was not the creator of man. He was a heavenly being only in the fact that he came to this planet as a member of a race of beings from another world. Therefore, he did come from the stars. He was a member of a race of beings long before the time of man.

Our creation was the by-product of a need by that ancient race. We were created as a sub-species, a subservient race. As a result of the process used in the creation of man, we became a distant relative to the race of beings which created us, and the ones which we now worship as our gods.

They are our ancestors. It is only because of our ignorance, misunderstanding of history, legends and written records that we have made them into gods. We are physically, mentally, emotionally and biologically similar to the gods we worship. We are capable of physically uniting with each other and reproducing. The differences between our races lie in our mental and physical abilities. The offspring of the gods, men like Jesus, Buddha, Zoraster, Alexandra the Great,

Muhammad, and Sampson, have by their intellect, strength and wisdom and examples have shown us our rightful potential.

Of course, some of these men were born to greatness while it was thrust upon others.

Jesus of Nazareth was such a man. It is said that he was a god born to an earth woman. He became a messiah, a healer and the saviour of man. He was a man believed to have been born with wisdom and power, a man who derived that power from his father, also a god. He was said to have communicated with angels and heavenly hosts and raised the dead to life. No one seems to believe nor care that his wisdom and power might have come from education, study and training. He was not just a poor humble carpenters, son but the rightful heir to the throne of Israel. Mary, his mother, was a direct descent of the Maccabees. Jesus as her first son became heir apparent as ruler and high priest of Israel. This is the main reason that Herod, a descendant outside of the line of David, became obsessed with the death of Jesus, his rival for the throne.

Jesus and other great men of history, said to be the result of the cohabitation between the gods and earth women, are a common theme found in almost all cultures, religious writings and legends. In all cultures, there are many references to mighty men, children of the gods and women. All religions also have one other thing in common, they all theorize that the beginning of mankind began with the creation of a male and a female by a heavenly power, a power who came from the stars.

In the Jewish and Christian community, mankind began with a male and female which we called Adam and Eve. They are believed to have been the first humans ever created. They were the beginning of our species. We have been taught and we believed that they were created by the divine power of a being which we call God. Since we were not able to understand how this creation came about, we attributed it to the power of God, and surrounded it with an aura of heavenly mystique.

The gods created living beings out of apparently nothing. To bring into life a male and female, outside of the normal realm of biological concepts, was something beyond the comprehension of even the most learned of ancient men. Only a god was capable of achieving such a feat. This belief in the power of a god continued through the ages until this day. Only recently has it become known that the power of creation has been taken away from the gods and given to men.

The creation of new life is taking place every day in scientific laboratories around the world. This new type of created life, in most case an exact duplicate of the original life form, are called clones. These newly-created life forms are the results of modern-day miracles. They are accomplished through the process of manipulating the genes of the DNA of a living cell. This manipulation of the genetic structure of the cells is capable of not only reproducing an identical life form but is also capable of producing enhanced or altered new creations. The basic materials used in this new and exciting process are the red blood cells in the bone marrow of the living host. New life can be created without a father and a mother outside of the normal reproductive processes of a species. Adam was cloned from the DNA taken from the blood cells of God. Eve was cloned from the DNA in the red blood cells taken from the bone marrow of Adam’s rib.

It does not take a great leap of faith to realize that the biblical story of the creation of Adam and Eve is a simple process of cloning. I realized the enormity and the significant impact such a procedure holds for the organized religions of the world. This medical miracle completely changes not only the concept of the creation of man, but the whole basis and foundation of religions everywhere.

The creation of man was not a divine act of God but the result of efforts made by scientists and medical personnel of a highly advanced civilized society. The biblical description of the creation of Eve bears witness to the idea of cloning. Adam, created without a father and a mother would, logically, also have been a clone. We were created out of a test tube. God was not a divine being but an authority over men of science. Without divinity, he was not a god.

If the gods worshipped by man are not gods, then there is no validity to the religions which serve them. Without gods or religion there is no need for the priests, who serve those gods, nor for the disciples who worship them and offer, gifts and sacrifices. Gods exist in our minds as a part of our legends, culture, and traditions. They are kept alive only by the beliefs of each successive generation. Without belief in their divinity, the gods fade into oblivion.

Today, I challenge the divinity of two of the biblical gods, our creator and the god of the Jews and Christians. I question the validity of any religion based on the belief that they are divine entities. I query the sanctity of the individuals which serve them. I do not do this out of malice but out of a firm belief in what I now believe to be the true beginning of man, his reason for existence, and the relationship that exists between him and his creator.

I challenge the traditions of organized religion, not as a member of the Society of Educated Theologians, but as an uneducated layman. I do this from a unique position, one which I call a new perspective. Biblical scriptures, ancient artifacts, medical science and the findings of archaeological expeditions, bear out almost every assumption which I have made in outlining this new way of looking at and analyzing biblical scriptures.

This new perspective begins with an understanding of the process of cloning and the realization that the description of the creation of Eve found in Gen. 2:22, are similar in all aspects except time. Adam is put to sleep and one of his ribs is removed. From the DNA of the blood cells found in that rib a new creation, woman, is made. From an understanding of the description of this creation it is fairly easy to assume that Adam and Eve were cloned individuals. They were the result of a medical and scientific marvel. A marvel which is being duplicated in medical laboratories around the world today.

What is not understood by the religious layman today is that the creation of mankind through the marvel of genetic engineering came not from Jehovah, the god worshipped by the Jew and Christians but by the authority of the Lord God. Jehovah was, like Satan, subservient to the Lord God. He put on the robe of divine power when the Israelites accepted him as their leader. He became a god after he had established the priesthood, formed a religion and obtained dedicated followers. Without all of the above, the priests, temples, rituals, gifts, sacrifices, and disciples, he was merely a name with no power or authority.

When he was accepted by the Israelites as a god, he obtained the power and authority he needed to become a god. He ordained Aaron and the tribe of Levi as his priests to serve him. He established the laws and rituals which became their religion. And through the power of his priests, laws, rituals, and sacrifices, he became their God. It is the abuse of the power and authority given him by the Israelite people which entitles him to be called the ‘First Godfather.’

He did not rule with love and respect, but through fear, greed, bloodshed, and death. Our fear of God begins at birth. Our parents, afraid of our premature death and damnation, take us before a priest who gives us a name and christens us in the name of the father, son and holy ghost. That fear is instilled in us by our parents and reinforced by religion throughout our lives. There we are taught that to be separated from God at any time during our lives and at the time of our death leads us to the fires of hell and eternal torment. Therefore, out of fear of eternal torment, we renew the pledge of our fathers and renew our membership in the temples of religion.

As a child, I was christened into the Roman Catholic faith. The sign of the cross, the name of the father, the son and the holy ghost, was placed upon my forehead. When I received this mark of God, I was given a name by which he would know me. I became a member of the church congregation, a servant of God, and because I had received my name under the sign of the cross, my God would always know me.

As I grew to manhood, I learned what a servant of God was supposed to know. I learned to talk to my god through prayer. There came a time, when for many years we did not communicate. It was not until my middle years, after I retired from active military service, when

I began to realize that I was not going to live forever. It was then that the fear of eternal damnation reasserted itself. I began to seriously renew my studies and association with God, the church, and organized religion.

As I became more and more active in church-related activities, I began to realize the impact that greed and corruption had on the normal everyday operations of the church. The more I saw of its ugly head, the more I realized that greed had always been a vital part of religious society.

The Hebrews, captive slaves with nothing, were promised freedom, land, riches and power if they obeyed and accepted Jehovah as their God. Today in modern religion, greed and corruption are satisfied by TV evangelists, tax deductable donations and promises of rewards in heaven. As always, where greed and corruption of power are present so too can be found bloodshed, death, mutation and ostracized disciples struggling to survive in their religious horror. A prime example of this can be found in the struggle between the Protestants and Catholics of Ireland and the Jews and Moslems of Lebanon.

Knowing all of this, I continued in my belief in the goodness and holy benevolence of God until an unrelated incident occurred which drastically changed my life and my beliefs.

In 1973, I became aware of Mensa, a worldwide organization of individuals with IQs at or above 98 percent of the average public. Out of curiosity more than anything else, I became a member. The group openly encouraged questioning life, the seeking of answers, and the finding of truths. As a result of the interaction within this intellectual environment, I accidentally stumbled upon what I can only describe as a unique insight into the Bible, God and religion. It could only have come from the one true universal GOD. This insight led me to understand

God, religion, the Bible and the creation of man from an entirely new perspective.

It began with a simple idea. The idea that man was first created by cloning (Gen. 2:22.)

Next came the realization that he was created as a slave; no more, no less than the animals with which he lived and worked. These two ideas became the foundation upon which I have built my hypothesis. They are also the key which began to unlock the spiritual mysteries of the Bible. It was a simple idea, but it allowed my entry into the unknown. It set into motion the hypothesis upon which this book is based, and it completely change my belief in God and religion. From this perspective came the hypothesis which I have outlined in this book.

As a layman I had many questions, but very few answers concerning God, religion and salvation. Once I realized that my idea concerning the creation and condition of Adam and Eve was feasible, I applied that idea to the scriptures. It gave me a new way of looking at the Bible and creation. I began to study the Bible from this new perspective. Answers began to materialize. They completely altered my religious beliefs. It did not change my belief in a Supreme Being, only who that Supreme Being really is.

As I studied the scriptures again, I realized that the Supreme Being, GOD, was not the creator of man nor was it the god of the Jews. It was an entity entirely separate from the gods of the Bible, the creator of man and the god of the Jews. The gods of the Bible were all alien life forms. They were members of an age-old race of beings that for all practical purposes are our ancestors.

The biblical being which I had worshipped as a child was not GOD, the creator of the universe. He was not even the creator of Man. He was the leader and God of the family of Jacob, the Hebrews and the Israelites. These were the only people who considered him a god.

In my study of the scriptures I realized that there are in fact three separate and distinct individuals which have been known by the title of God. As such, the word God, becomes a term used to denote any religious supreme authority. The first biblical GOD is the Almighty, the supreme ruler and creator of the universe. Who are the other two?

They are identified by many names. The most common names in biblical scripture are the Lord God, the Most High God, and Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The Lord God was the authority responsible for the creation of man. He was also identified by Melchizedek, king and high priest of Salem, as the Most High God. In order for him to be considered as the Most High God, there would have to be lesser beings who were also considered gods by the people under their control. These lesser individuals paid homage to and were under the control of the Most High God. Jehovah the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob was one of those lesser gods. All three are called God but, regardless of the title, they should not be confused with each other.

The biblical gods, the Lord God, Jehovah and Satan, required food, drink, clothing, and shelter. They walked, talked, had regrets, bouts of depression, knew anger, lust and greed. They were flesh and blood beings who could die. They were from the same race of beings. They had a culture and a civilized society. They followed and obeyed laws, had a language, were industrious, and were aware of war, conflict, good and evil.

GOD, the Almighty, is omnipotent, an incorporeal being which exists throughout the width, depth and breath of space. For the incorporeal Almighty, these concepts do not exist. For IT, all that was, is, and will be, will work in harmony, one with another. There is no conflict, the concepts of good and evil do not exist.

The biblical Lord God, Jehovah and Satan were not gods. They were a different life form, who came to be worshipped as gods through the ignorance and misunderstandings of man. Since our fathers believed these entities to be gods, so do we. But, not everything that man has believed is true.

Not long ago, scientists believed that the atom was the smallest complete particle to be found in nature. We now know that this is not true. It too is made of particles, which are themselves made of even smaller units of matter. Therefore, we can only assume that whatever we choose to believe about anything may only be a partial truth, based on factual evidence available at the time. The same applies to all religious scriptures.

Religious writings are entertaining. They cover the gambit from the divine to the ridiculous. But for the most part they appear to be suggestive, amplified by innuendos and filled with fabrications which contain very few elements of truth.

The Jewish Torah and the Christian Bible based on the Torah are writings which form a very important part of our culture and our heritage. As a written record, they give us some insight into the beginning of God, man and civilization. How much is truth and how much is conjecture must be decided by each individual. Although religious writings are somewhat obscure in their presentation, a lot can be ascertained by reading between the lines and by understanding what the scriptures do not say. How much of the scripture is the truth and how much is fiction is debatable. I will, for the sake of this book, assume that everything written within the pages of the Torah and the Holy Bible to be the truth.

This being said, I have no intentions of questioning the words of these religious writings. I will, however, question the interpretations which have, over the last few thousand years, been attached to those writings.

I also have no intention of attempting to ascertain the origin of GOD the Almighty. That understanding is beyond the scope of man. I am concerned only with the origin of the biblical gods, who the creator of man might have been and the process by which man was created. I am concerned about religion: how it began, what was its purpose then and what is its purpose now.

Once the reader is made aware of the fallacies that exist between what they have been taught by their religious denominations and what their religious writings actually say, their lives will begin to take on a new and different meaning. The guilt of sin, affecting so many religious disciples of today will disappear. They will begin to lead healthier, more trouble free lives. They will find peace of mind and a balanced harmony of mind, body and spirit which can only bring about a better, more enlightened society.

I believe that the Bible is nothing more than a highly entertaining saga which concerns itself not with mankind but with one family of individuals. It is not the divinely inspired word of God but of individuals under his control. Therefore, I no longer feel that what I have written is blasphemy. I also believe that I am in no way going to spend my eternity in the hellfire of damnation. I am no longer concerned about my religious salvation, nor where I shall spend my eternity. I am and always will be afraid of death because of what I shall leave behind in this world I know and enjoy. I am in no hurry to find out if there is a paradise beyond the grave. I shall leave the hereafter to take care of itself.

I like the way the biblical prophet Micah put it (Micah 4:4—5).

"4. But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig-tree, and none shall make them afraid.

    5. For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever."

Joshua, the one chosen by Jehovah to lead the Israelites into the promise land, said basically the same thing to the congregation when he was about to die (Joshua 24:15).

    15. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Micah, a prophet of God, does not seem to believe in hell and neither does Joshua, the great leader of the Jews. Both believed that a man has choices as to which god he cares to serve. It is only fear and the rigid teachings of religion which makes the worship of Jehovah mandatory if one believes in him and wishes to enjoy a life in the hereafter. I have asked myself many times why the Hebrew congregation, living within the very presence of God during the Exodus, wandering together under his command in the wilderness and having first-hand experiences with him, would ever consider serving any other god. Why would it be considered evil to serve him if he were the loving God portrayed by modern religion? I also ask myself who were the other gods, served by their forefathers on the other side of the flood? Evidently it was not Jehovah.

Man has come to believe in life after death. This idea probably came from earlier times when first man saw individuals who were hurt, dying or thought to be dead go into the medical facility of the gods and come out healed and alive. Early man saw individuals, thought to be dead, placed into a chamber and later arise from that chamber alive again. This misunderstanding of life and death has lead to embalming procedures, coffins, burial ceremonies and other religious beliefs of today. Even if there is life after death, which I do not believe, I can always rely on the parable of the prodigal son and recall the time that I was christened, given a name by which Jehovah would know me, and henceforth believe that I am protected by his power.

    Or am I?

Baptism marked me as a dedicated and faithful servant to God. In return, he became my saviour, my protector and salvation in this life and the one to come. I was marked upon my forehead. But, when I read the book of Revelation I find another reference to the mark upon my forehead. In the Revelation, it is the mark of the beast. So who do I serve? Am I the servant of the God Jehovah or the servant of the Beast, the God Satan? (Rev. 13:13-18).

"13. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.

    14. And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of these miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live."

    15. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

    16. And he caused all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads;

    17. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of the beast.

    18. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."

Who do I serve? Who do the believers in the Jewish and Christian faiths serve? Are the priests, the servants of God, or are they the minions of Satan?

Perhaps we should reread the scriptures to find out

    (Ezekiel 9:4-6).

"4. And the Lord said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

    5. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through

the city, and smite; let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:

    6. Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and

women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house."

Both Jehovah and the Beast require a man to bear his
