    Dedication

Shahid Omar, what’s up, big Homie? D.C. stand up!! This project is dedicated to the mob. To my family, the Goodfellas nationwide. To the Lawndale area on the west side of Chicago, my birthplace. For being my battlefield, the school of the hard knocks. Special thanks to the Queen, a kingdom’s not a real kingdom without a real Queen. To the Almighty Allah (God) father of the universe. This project marks a new era. To my people.

    Author Biography

Glenn G-code Bland was born on July 29th, 1984 at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Early in life he was exposed to a hard core way of life, everything from pimps, ho’s, drugs, guns, and organized dope spots. These were the do-not-enter zones to the eye of the public. But for the poor, with a vision, and the drive to make it out, this was their only way out. Growing up, G-code took a oath. From that day forward, he was determined to become the next hottest young gangster. Fortunately alone with the street eye-candy, he was blessed to receive the street mind-candy. His uncles, Billy Jerome Carter, Lloyd Head Bland, and Alan (Al) Bland were all chiefs and organized professionals. Before they verbally gave him the street mind-candy, he watched them physically unfold their intelligence to the streets. His father, Glenn Wallace, also later in life exposed some effective keys as well. Through his physical actions, G-code sucked everything up, even when they thought he was too hardhead and wouldn’t listen. He held the tools to his heart while he attacked the game of life in the raw ghettos of Atlanta, GA, several spots in Tennessee including Memphis, Henning, McKenzie, Ripley, Brownsville and also Nashville. Stories of his gangster tactics and finesse spread through various towns in Arkansas (thanks to the media). From West Memphis to Pine Bluff, Little Rock and Hot Springs, the Goodfella’s family spread the swagger that G-code created like Aids. Indiana, Milwaukee, Detroit, to Oakland, California; he developed a universal feel for the Game of Life. He understood the South, the West Coast, East Coast, and the Mid-West from a universal standpoint. Every inch of the country was striving to get their piece of the American pie, and so was G-code. In 2007, he changed the streets forever. His uncle, Big Bill, was released from the Federal joint. G-code was caught in his own jam in another state. Big Bill’s homecoming was something big in his eyes. Before the hit of head, G-code hadn’t really got to physically play in the game with his own blood. Upon G-code’s release, he was one hundred percent street. His gentleman had not been awaken. He watch Big Bill take the game of life to the next ten levels. Seeing his elevation opened G-code up to the big picture. It showed him he could do whatever he wanted from hustling jobs, shooting bangers, organizing men without a high school education, getting shot in jail. Real men live hard. He was the perfect gentleman. G-code kept his gangster iron fist on post and realized from everything set in front of him that black gangsters in America were the underdogs. He loved it. Who doesn’t want to see the underdog win (laugh)?

    Book Description

This book is a contribution to the nations (?) organized street gangs. The Conservative, Travelers, Unknowns, Insanes (Mafia Insanes, Imperial Insanes, Cicero Insanes) Undertakers, Latin Kings, Latin Counts, Ridgeway Boys, 4cH’s, Black P Stones, Renegades, Gangster Disciples, Black Disciples, Black Gangsters, Satin Disciples, Imperial Gangsters, Black Sails, Latin Souls, Cobras, El-Rubins, 2-6⁵, Crips, and the Blood Gang. Throughout this project, when I say, We I’m speaking for all of us as a whole. We have had the deck stacked against us, since the beginning of time. The underdogs we are, the favorites we are. This project is a small eye opener to the things we are in need of playing close attention to like the Chapter’s Rednecks and Street War Tactics. In the Chapter of Rednecks, I simply revealed the tricks, the schemes, and potent industry that the system is running with our lives every day, all around America. Street War Tactics is a ride through the War Field of Chicago. In the middle of 2009, a news report came out stating that there were more murders in the City of Chicago than there were in Iraq which was amusing to me because we named our neighborhood Chiraq in 2007 summer. With those facts being displayed, we know that the army has to prepare with years of physical and mental training. Just to learn the proper War tactics in the battlefield to ensure that they’re prepared. This chapter is a small instruction manual of the street war tactics needed to stay alive in the hood when the heat get on. I read an article published in the Final Call newspaper from Mr. Larry Hover, the founder of the Gangster Disciples, one of the most organized and largest organizations in America. Behind bars for the rest of his life, he spoke on the uniting of all nations. He spoke on the power and the force of intelligence, success, mind power and the trick. I read this article after I founded the Goodfellas family which is a mixture of all organizations. It’s exactly what Larry spoke about in that article a few years before we assembled. This project opens a gate to the future of a new foundation, to our future greatness. The lyrics in this book are from the Americas Underdog Gangsters mix tape. The Arrogant Era chapter tells the world Fuck you, In the shit, with finesse. The chapter The Shot was the most unbelievable shooting you would ever hear about in America’s history. A man being shot inside a jail or correctional facility is like something you would only see in a movie (http://www.commercialappeal.com).

From November 30, 2007 until around December 15, 2007, there were several clippings on the attempted hit on my life. I asked a question to our women the most gentlemen want to ask, but don’t because they truly don’t really know the true position that’s meant to be played in that King and Queen relationship. I asked, Could you be me. It’s like, "Could you stand firm and hold your position in being the equal to your man. This book sums up the swagger of a professional. This project gives understanding to the millions that are inside the circle of our life style, and also to the curious that surface the outskirts. Everyone hasn’t set at the round table. Well, this project is the round table. I hope you enjoy.

    Message to the Reader

As you take this one of a kind journey with me through my world, from the pains to the glories of the Game of Life, I want you to understand the structure of the Goodfella (GFKL) and what we stand for. Yes, G-code was the poster boy for the Goodfellas family. That takes no credit from the co-founders and the fellas that stand firm for the family (We All We Got).

We honor and respect our men, Country Lord, J-rock, Chawa, Dominque, Butt-Naked, Funz, Black, Neko, Juiceman, Rip Quinso, Rip B.J., Rip B-head, Al Gotti our original Goodfellas, the men that together made us who we are today. To the GFKL’s (Goodfella Kinda Ladies) that stand behind and beside the fellas. We also honor and respect your position. My uncle told me that the GFKL’s would grow to be the roots of our family. Today I love to see this to be a true statement. Without the rots there’s no plant. When I was shot inside Crittenden County jail, that was a crucial turning point in my life. It gave me the drive to reach success in a very unique fashion. So here I stand. Enjoy this project, my people. See: www.facebook.com/G-codegoodfella)

    Preface

This venture is my words, my visions, and my life. It’s introduced in the gangster hip-hop poetic style. The meaning being broke down to give the reader an understanding of the meaning behind the art form of professionals from the slum ghettos of American soil. These words are to be taken very serious for the curious. I write from the way I see life on our urban situations, most importantly, from true life experiences. This project is not to be taken out of context. It is strictly for future purposes. This project is mainly my arrogance to success. This is a travel back in time to see what it took and may take for you. I give you the understanding of my ‘Wordplay".

    Let’s ride! (laugh).

Everyone has visions (dreams), but few have the proper drive which is what it takes to make a vision come alive. I’m a believer of the way a drive makes any vision come to life. I have had some of the deadliest vision then jumped up the next morning or snapped back into reality and went hard to make that vision come to life. Once the mission that came directly from my mind is finished in forced to pat myself on the back it feels good to know that any given moment I could cook up something that would make my team a little better.

There’s this crucial stereotype, once I experienced it for the first time, it was a power blow to the gut. It really hurt my soul. I never talked about this feeling until now because in these days you just don’t have these conversations. This stereotype was of the new form of the strong black man in the ghetto. Everyone’s calling us (just) thug, then turning their noses up at us like we’re watching your ass. It’s not regularly understood that the criminal mind can never be revealed by the way (any) man looks. This is not understood by most because it’s not something that a regular person has to do their math on until the judging begins. They undermine the intelligence of the thug, then they paint a picture of what they think or play us out to be in their fantasy. So knowing that I arrogantly embraced their silly judgmental ways, walking confident at all times (that Goodfellas Strut), I make eye contact with these people as I pass them and declare war on their mind with my eyes. You either understand and put a defensive block up, or get run over in a damaging order. To really trick these people to undermine my intelligence, I tattooed Goodfellas under my eyes.

(Laugh) So with every major accomplishment made to the dynasty, it’s like adding fuel to the fire. I also arrogantly put the life in their face, from the struggle to the come up, to the ground breaking success. In American the only things that truly matter is money, power and respect (rich or poor). These same judgmental people are the ones that lost sight of the American way. They simply have been slightly tricked. So they let the money go by, while they’re wasting their time being judgments. This is the key to a one of a kind magical trick; being tricked to accept being broke and forget about any means of getting money (You just become a victim). That’s call keeping the poor, poor easily.

Women are a part of every man’s life somehow. Some dudes got their hands on their nuts believing that by knocking a female they would get a notch on their belt. The shit is like them childhood pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey days. You also got the one-woman-man that knows the power of the woman-and-man combination it the game of life. This is the relationship that brings success to a family just by role play. It stages a line of accomplishments through true teamwork. It is to be understood that there are several types of people that may sound or look the same but have different qualities and intentions in relationships. Most true made men build a bridge off professionalism. Today, instead of calling our self made men, we substitute made men with the term professionals. Professionals are well rounded gangsters, but gentlemen. We have
